Jennie one of the customer service made my experience perfect and she is an amazing , Jennie helped me a lot, she gave me so much information that helped me to build my store and she answered all the questions without being angry or board , she is willing to help i really really i appreciate her support and I'm very happy that i subscribe to Aliorders it is amazing

I am new to this app and want to explore it further, so I can't say so much about the app itself. However, it was great customer service by Vincent :-) So 5 stars for that.

كانت لدى مشكل فى ربط حسابى بمتجر شوبيفاى وتحدث مع خدمة العملاء وكان فى غير وقت العمل وتحدث معى Vincent وجرب طرق كثيره لمحاولات المساعده وبالفعل فعلها وساعدنى رغم انى قلت له دعنا نحل هذا فى فى وكت العمل ولكن هو اصر على مساعدتى فى نفس الوقت وبالفعل ساعدنى كثيرا انا ممتن له واتمنى له التوفيق شكرا لك Vincent

I was having a bit of a hard time with with the app itself but I think it was my end when I spoke to Jenny and she was amazing she she helped me out on a number of things that I needed to know anyways because of her I'm I'm a lot better off it was a great support. Even made me laugh when I was about to pull out my hair

What can I say, I really liked the support service, the consultant Leo helped me a lot. I had a problem with the design, and Leo, like a superman, quickly, clearly and clearly explained everything to me, and most importantly, helped to solve the problem. for which I am very grateful to him!!!

That is really great app for dropshippers specially, they have fantastic support team. The person who help me a lot was 'LEO' from their support team a really dedicated man. I'm satisfied so far.
