I worked with Jeannie today and she was amazing! She helped me with a difficult order and without her assistance it would not have been completed. A very wonderful experience. She was patient, thorough and understanding. I hope to work with her again if I ever experience a technical issue. She's great!

I had a problem with delivery settings and synchronization. I'm still a newbie dropshipper and Ciara helped me a lot in solving my problem. I think this is a good app and an excellent support.

Perfecto, tenía problemas para ver los precios originales de los productos importados desde Temu y he hablado con Rocy y todo se ha solucionado. Además, me ha dado consejos y recomendaciones de aplicaciones que seguro mejorarán mi proyecto. Excelente, hace tiempo que no tenía un soporte técnico tan pertinente, rápido y colaborativo. Plus demás, en un perfecto Español.

Henry was fantastic in Customer Support, answered all my questions and forwarded me information so I may be informed and may use all the features offered. Answered the chat within seconds, very personable and no question was left unanswered.
