I would have to say that this service is a great idea. But as i was adding my reviews to my products on shopify I realized that all of the reviews that had pictures or videos were not the same product that i was selling.. So after assigning them i had to go back through all of them and take away every review with a photo or video. It was very aggravating... So because of that and the fact that i'm not making any sales i don't have the money to continue the subscription. I had to contact customer service to help me do this and I spoke with Rachel. She was so helpful and walked me through everything step by step as well as she informed me of being able to downgrade for now and then i can come back for the super plan whenever i have the money and the sales to do so. I want to say that she was polite and very informative she went well beyond for me and i appreciate it. Thanks Rachel

Victoria the support person was not helpful at all. she said "It is out of my responsibility, you should do it by yourself." instead of trying to help me out. I asked to speak with a different support person, Harwin. This person was very helpful and helped me solve the problem that I was experiencing. Harwin deserves 10 stars.

У меня случилась проблема с тем что я не мог поменять план своей подписки как не старался. я думал уже потратить эти гнусные 19$ чтобы забыть про это приложение, но в последний момент мне написала поддержка, а именно ""Victoria"". Она помогла мне разобраться в моей проблеме и я смог поменять план на бесплатный. Если бы не ""Victoria"" я бы сейчас поставил в отзыве 1 звезду, но благодаря ней ставлю 3. В принципе приложение работает со своими багами и лагами, но то что отмнить подписку настолько тяжело, перекрывает все хоршие качества этого приложения....

Our app offers a free plan and four paid plans, each with a function limitation. So, before downgrading, we show a popup notification so that you can manage the data manually to match the lower plan's limitation without having all of the extended data deleted automatically. We built this flow to give our users the full right to control the app's data. It's a pity that it confuses you. We are well noted to improve it in the future update. I just try this app, seem easy use and the customer service is quit helpful , very good. If the free period is longer may be better.

there is written free, but its not free i open the app and have directly accept 10€/ per month - service was good if it would be free like they say in app description for 5 reviews per product then i would give 5 stars. otherwise its to expensive so that i change to for example judge review app

Great Customer service even with the free version! I just downloaded the app, and it gave me some issues. But it was instantly solved by their CS. EDIT AFTER use: Too many functions are behind paywall.

I rather talk to someone instead of an inform chat all the time. If a person can talk to someone the problem might get solve a lot faster instead of 3 hours later because of miscommunication or misunderstandings.

App is really expensive and they continuously ask you to write reviews. If you uninstall the app all your reviews go away and there is no option to export your edited reviews. However, their customer service is excellent and they will help you with any issues within minutes. I just wish that they would match their price with other apps that do the same thing.

I added this app then removed it. It doesn't help for customers to see reviews are "powered by alireviews" thats such a huge giveaway. I would reinstall if this can be improved. Its an okay app without that issue.

I did not get to actually use the app as after loading it - it immediately made me select a paid subscription to continue (that was the only option given to me) I immediately deleted the app and gave a scathing review. However since then I have been contacted by the app team who kindly explained that I could change the plan to one of my choice later on. I politely advised that I did not like the way the app pushes you towards a paid plan in the first instance and so will not be using this app. It could very well be a good app but unfortunately I will not find out. I did appreciate the staff contacting me to help me.

The tech support are friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately there are a lot of issues with the app and it's not working very well. Everytime a do a change or an update on my website there is an issue with the star ratings and i do have to speak to the techsupport team and they have to fix it at there end. So that's starting to get really annoying.
