I got the Review Box and pop-up widget to show up right away, and it was super easy to import my reviews, but I couldn't get the Star Rating to show up next to the titles of my products. I clicked the chat button and Harwin replied almost instantly. Harwin had it working perfectly in less than an hour, probably even faster but I was working on other projects, and when I checked again it was just done. It looks great and I do think it helps with conversion on my store. Thanks, Harwin!

So far, so good. I didn't realize the app doesn't import Amazon ratings too, only reviews. No biggie. Customer Support was quick to help me out with that. Polaris (the agent) was very helpful.

Their support is very helpful and efficient. They also reply fast. I had this problem for our store in which the star rating is not showing and they helped me resolve it in less than an hour. Polaris was a GREAT help! Another issue was the links from Amazon (import) were not working and they helped me to find the correct link and even gave me tips on how to optimize the reviews. Emily was AMAZING!
