If I could give this app a 0 I would. After reaching out to 6 reps within the span of 4 days I was told either to update the template or I can pay them to fix it. I just felt it was a SCAM. This app doesn't have an FAQ nor does the reps honestly tell you the issue but that they "fixed it" and I would need to literally ask them a ton of times "what was wrong with it?" until they tell me the answer. I wanted to try this out for at least a week regardless of the issues I kept running into. For four days after continuously reaching out to Support my products were NEVER synced and published to Amazon. The most difficult issue was the Parent-Child Sku due to the variants I had. There's no option in this app to fix this. Unless you pay them to go in to your template and manually add it to you. And this is for a T-shirt.

Unfortunely I have to delete this. There is no help with the chat, they are clueless. The item is listed on amazon and the app gives me an error. The app constantly gives errors on the items and won't sync. The person on chat has no idea what's going on. I gave them the item number and they're trying to work on an entirely different product. I have wasted 2 hrs of my time and when I told the person on chat, that it was the wrong product. They stopped chatting. I use to be a big fan of CedCommerce, but recently they are really going down hill. Nothing works anymore.

No way of downgrading plan - watch out. I've tried to downgrade my plan to the free as our store is quite and I got in touch to tell me that it's their policy that I can't downgrade out of a free plan. Stay away.

The customer service told me only works on FIREFOX !!! I tried to use on Chrome and Safari without success, returns the error: "{"success":false,"code":"access_forbidden","message":"Access Forbidden"}"

I don't always write review but this app , made me do it . I somehow think they set the app in sucha a way that no matter how hard you try to upload a product , you end up with errors then you are foced to contact them which give them the opportunity to tell you how they offer paid services to list products for you , so basically their support is meant to inform you that there is paid service which you should consider. Also their support takes way too long to get back to you if you contact them more than 3 times about errors they stop restgponding. No idea where they are getting all these good reviews from to be honest.

Simply put, it doesn't work. Error after error, contacting support time and time again, waiting sometimes days with no response. I don't understand how there are so many positive reviews when every single time we try uploading products there are errors on top of errors. 90,000+ products to list on Amazon and couldn't get more than a few thousand listed. What a waste of time. I don't even understand how this app is listed on shopify's app store considering that is full of errors and bugs. cedcommerce before responding to this review, check our support log including the feed error from 3 days ago that is still not resolved.

Update (12/27/2023) Unfortunately I have to point out that the developer takes time but fails to solve this issue Update (12/16/2023) Unfortunately I must say that the App is unable to create new products on Amazon that have variations in colour, sizes, etc... (E.g. T-shirts - Shoes). Only publish variants without properly matching them to the main product (Parent). This does not comply with what Amazon expects. (05/17/2023) I tried and tested several Integration Apps (Salestio and Codisto) before deciding which one to use. In the end I chose CedCommerce and after some time using it I can confirm that I'm really happy with the choice I made. Inventory synchronization, order management, publishing new products or existing products on Amazon, thanks to the modern interface to use is easy and above all works very well. For any doubt, the assistance team is always ready to answer in a few minutes.

The app has many issues that need addressing urgently. Stock doesn't sync and items are oversold. Orders don't sync so my late dispatch rate is through the roof and now I can't upload products due to an error that is not being fixed quickly. The above issues in my opinion make this app useless!

The App Works and has features that can get you setup on amazon. BUT, the invasion of privacy from this app is nothing but ridiculous. They Deliberately went out of their way to get my phone number and text me with no permission and unannounced. After contacting their live chat for some help with a minor issue, I am bombarded by their "Support Team" On WhatsApp. At first, I was extremely confused, but as time progressed their Support Team would try to spam me and sell me on their services for store optimization and upload. They even created a group chat on WhatsApp specifically for my store. I have also noticed an uptick in crypto scam texts from WhatsApp and My US number. STAY AWAY. Use something else.

The worst service I have ever paid for. They have taken more than two months for 10 product optimizations. When they told me the work was done, they have not even commply with the complete service they had promissed. I had to inssist them to complete it, correct images and complete information. When you ask them to complete the work, they take days to answer. I definitely DO NOT recommend this service. In fact, I am asking for my money back as they did not give what they promissrd

Need to update this. The app went down for maintenance in the middle of the day without any notice or notification. When contacted the support they had no ETA has to by when this will come back.

Beware of this company. This app charges you for every sale made on Amazon whether or not it is processed by their app. In effect, they are cheating their customers by inflating the number of orders processed to include all your amazon orders. Not just the orders for products in Shopify processed in the app. When I noticed the number of orders processed in the app kept increasing even for products I do not have in Shopify I contacted them and they denied it. After I showed them screenshots proving their app was charging me for orders it was not processing they then told me they also charge for "failed orders" which are orders not linked to products on Shopify.

Worse Shopify App I have used!! Have wasted many hours waiting for the 'Dev' team to resolve issues...and they keep coming back. Customer service is non existent with broken promises.

Wouldn't waste your time - Expected it to make life easier and quicker yet the app is painfully slow i could list manually quicker - Full of errors - when you try to link products it gives errors such as the images dont match - Don't understand why this should make a difference. Watched video tutorials which made no sense they talk more about how amazon works than actually teaching you how to get this app working - Even during the tutorial there is a dog barking in the background and you can't hear what she is saying.

Have been using this app for almost a year. I can truly say that this is definitely the worst app I have ever used. My orders are not synced to Shopify correctly, so every time I have to check hundreds of orders and tell them to sync it manually. When I contact support, they say sorry and ensure that this will not happen again, but IT HAPPENS AGAIN AND AGAIN. The subscription prices are so high, but OMG the service and app's performance are terrible. I will end my subscription as soon as finding a similar shopify amazon app. They have ruined my business so far. The only thing they say we are sorry, bla bla....

they haven't help me out, like they said they would been bullshitting me for six months, dragging me along I am visually impaired a small business owner, who is struggling to survive, like everyone else in this world but nothing but people take advantage of my disability and I can't believe it that these people will they after day week at the week month of the month blow me off as if I don't have any value I want you guys all to know here and feel the anger and frustration that these people from this organization from all the departments have a failed they all do the same thing they understand they know the difference but disappointingly they put the least amount of effort they try not to work they make nothing but excuses they don't know how to follow up and follow through. They're not committed to their customers they don't give a damn when people feel that comfortable in their positions watch out this is a warning to you guys all don't waste your time and don't mess with these people , they will lie to you they won't lie to you they will lie to you.

If you are looking for a product feed app like the ones for Meta or Google then this is not for you. They do not support meta fields so you will have to type/paste all your attributes manually. This app is only good (have not tried it) for order syncing, which is useless for someone using FBA, Easy Ship, order fulfilment platforms or even Zapier!
