I'm currently seeking assistance, but it seems I'm encountering some challenges. Despite diligently following all the required steps, my listings have yet to be published. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating. I'm perplexed by the positive reviews this company has received for its support, as the individuals who have aided me so far have not proven to be very helpful. My primary goal is to get my listings online, and I'm puzzled as to why this process has proven to be more challenging than expected. This is a cry for help, please help me get my listing up!

I spent a fair bit of time when I first installed this app confused..until I was connected with Mannu from their support team. He was incredible. Every question I had he had an answer for, and was able to directly help me with my integration. Incredible customer support.

Review of CedCommerce vs. Codisto After more than 7 months of moving from CedCommerce to Codisto and then back to CedCommerce, I understand the complexities when it comes to integrating very complex systems. While both platforms promise seamless integration, there are stark differences that became evident throughout the journey. Support: One of the vital aspects of any integration platform is its support team. Both CedCommerce and Codisto were commendable in this domain. However, CedCommerce had an edge when it came to their approach. They were prompt in their responses and exhibited a proactive approach by opting for meetings to resolve issues rather than resorting to lengthy email chains. Functionality: Our primary goal was to map Shopify attributes to Amazon attributes. Unfortunately, this is where Codisto fell short. We faced hurdles primarily when it came to mapping the Parent SKU (which doesn’t exist in Shopify) with the Child SKU (Variant SKU in Shopify). Codisto’s inherent system limitations meant we had to seek other apps as workaround solutions. This was cumbersome and not an efficient use of resources. CedCommerce, on the other hand, understood these intricacies and offered a solution that was both intuitive and effective. Overall Experience: After spending almost seven months trying to integrate our brand with Amazon via Codisto, the journey was exhausting. Thankfully, the transition to CedCommerce changed our narrative. Their agile response, combined with a robust platform that caters to specific needs, ensured that we were able to achieve our goals without unnecessary hassle. In conclusion, while both platforms have their strengths, CedCommerce stood out as a clear winner for our specific needs. If seamless integration, excellent customer support, and tailored solutions are what you're after, CedCommerce should undoubtedly be on your radar.

New information: After getting contact with the support again, our issure is resolved. Thank you for your help. Now I am able to give 5 Stars. Review from September: We have massive problems with the handling time the tool is communicating to amazon. Every time I try to reach the support, I get a new person who is not knowing about the issue. The problem is still there since weeks! No end in sight! Basic functions seems to work propperly but if you are a professional seller with different handling time for individual products for example, this took might not the right choice for you.

If you know what you're doing and what you need, this is a killer Channel. It's not an APP, it's a Channel and that's a big difference. It's simple and does what what I need. Shopify is master of inventory and price for FBA and FBM items. Amazon orders come into SHOPIFY so I can push it straight through my Shipstation as if it's another Shopify order. Simple. Within 24 hours we're fully synchronized straight into SHOPIFY. Shocked to learn that I can push existing Shopify listings straight into a new Amazon Seller Central listings. I strongly recommend.

UPDATE 03/04/26 - This app is terrible. Amazon team is still non-responsive and software sucks. I was going to at least give them a positive rating for one of there reps but this whole experience just ruined my outlook on these guys. Never will use them again. STAY AWAY! As a long-term user of CedCommerce, it’s sad that I will have to leave the Amazon team due to inconsistencies in Customer Service & Technological Performance. I’ve tried to be patient and give some grace but this just flat out terrible. My account manager is clueless and doesn’t respond to my messages. The products are failing to sync via Shopify and we are just over it. Highly disappointed in this entire team.

Setting up CedCommerce was way easier than Marketplace connect. It was a seamless experience setting it up and Customer Service was very helpful. looking forward to getting more orders.

We are happy users of the CedCommerce app that sends Amazon orders to our Shopify Store serviaromashop.com It's very useful and we are happy with it. Lately they offered us an Amazon SEO service, but due to language problems (we wanted it in Spanish), we had an issue and sadly we had to cancel the service. They refund us, so everything is fine. So we recommend them, good app and customer service. Thank you!

Just switched over from codisto/marketplace and wish I had only done that sooner!


Back story:
I’m new to e-commerce after having spent my career working in services so far and was brought it by a small company to clean up a store that had a very messy back end and much of the store wasn’t linked, linked properly or had errors connecting products from Shopify to amazon. 

The previous software and why I switched: Codisto was very difficult to use and not intuitive. The linking of items was overly complicated. In an age with artificial intelligence and UX designers that are readily available to make things intuitive and user friendly, this software was unreasonably difficult to you. And didn’t have quick and easy user-guides that addressed the tasks that are most common/Necessary. They do have videos but that is buried within longer videos of info not relevant to me right now.
Some of the support staff was amazing and some got hyper focused on issues that were a symptom of the problem and not the actual problem (focusing on the lack of a SKU number instead of the SKU and all my work not saving when I hit save). THEN they were acquired by Shopify and rolled out a new version that wasn’t ready for release. Some one that was a new higher up in the company chose a date and made a demand instead of releasing a fully functional piece of software when it was ready. NOTHING WORKED. I had to put all my staff helping me clean up the store on hold. Two of the issues were escalated to DEV and no time frame was given on a fix. I lost a whole week of productivity. All of my work from the first half of the week was gone, just when I had thought that I understood the software and could finally make progress. 

So then I switched to CED!

So far the experience has been amazing. I was able to easily install the app. I connected with support on a video chat just a few hours later and they walked me through the set up, how it works and was able to get much more of our store online just by importing our Shopify store than I had been able to do in WEEKS with codisto. The matching of items works FAR better than codisto. The support is amazing and fast, there are multiple options to connect and they will take the time to make sure to understand and address the issues instead of talk down to you as though you don’t know what you are talking about. 

I wish I had done this immediately when I began in my current role. DO NOT bang your head against the wall with codisto. I highly recommend CED.
