This app has really helped us manage our products and orders on Amazon, and their support chat is excellent. There is always someone knowledgeable there to help with anything you need. If you have ever used an app that doesn't have a live support chat, then you will really appreciate the quick help you get from CedCommerce when you have questions or problems.

CedCommerce Amazon Channel App provided me expert customer support to add products to Amazon from my Shopify Store. The CEDCommerce Amazon app connects directly to Amazon Seller Central merchant accounts in all countries where I am already connected as a merchant. Initial setup is a bit detailed, but it allowed me to list directly from Shopify to Amazon in multiple countries, by creating templates and then cloning listings for each product listing. The AI feature is a amazing, making the listing process very straight forward. I had a great support team leading me through the process, and am looking forward to adding more listings from my Shopify store to Amazon, and also adding links between Amazon product and Shopify for up to the minute inventory control. We have been utilizing the CEDCommerce Amazon Channel app for over a year now, and it has proven to be an invaluable tool for streamlining our operations. Acting as a seamless bridge between Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and our ERP system, the app has greatly simplified our inventory and pricing management on Amazon while efficiently processing orders through Shopify and our ERP. do not use this app. this app is a scam they will get Amazon seller account deactivated the listings cause they don't know how to use Amazon

Unfortunely I have to delete this. There is no help with the chat, they are clueless. The item is listed on amazon and the app gives me an error. The app constantly gives errors on the items and won't sync. The person on chat has no idea what's going on. I gave them the item number and they're trying to work on an entirely different product. I have wasted 2 hrs of my time and when I told the person on chat, that it was the wrong product. They stopped chatting. I use to be a big fan of CedCommerce, but recently they are really going down hill. Nothing works anymore.

I am so new to this i'm embarrassed to admit to how much i don't understand or how to do. i messaged/chat the help and he was so awesome! He explained my issues and why. He did one of my problems with me and actually explained the why. I know like 10% of anything coding/computer and this help was so easy to understand. thank you for NOT making me feel like the town idiot even though i actually might be!

Its working amazing for me and I'm very happy. It sends all my orders over to shopify as I needed it to. I did have an issue with new inventory not updating but I reached out and got a call right away with Mannu and he helped fix it asap. 10/10 would recommend! :)

Their Support is great, Mannu made it really easy for us to get this going. We tried historically to get onto Amazon but the old platforms werer very archaic and complex. This makes synching your inventory easy. Thank you.

The customer service told me only works on FIREFOX !!! I tried to use on Chrome and Safari without success, returns the error: "{"success":false,"code":"access_forbidden","message":"Access Forbidden"}"
