This was the best customer service I have received. Mannu was an excellent support and guided me through the process of using CedCommerce Amazon Channel. He answered all my questions and even offered advice about their other services and how to help my business grow on Amazon. I was feeling so lost about creating products on Amazon, I gave up so many times but within 15 minutes I was pointed in the right direction. So pleased to have received their courtesy message which ultimately got the ball rolling for me. Now, I am Looking forward to using selling on Amazon thanks to Mannu and CedCommerce!

While it is very complicated, customer service is willing to hop on a Google Meets or similar call and walk you through what is needed if you can't figure things out for yourself.

The worst service I have ever paid for. They have taken more than two months for 10 product optimizations. When they told me the work was done, they have not even commply with the complete service they had promissed. I had to inssist them to complete it, correct images and complete information. When you ask them to complete the work, they take days to answer. I definitely DO NOT recommend this service. In fact, I am asking for my money back as they did not give what they promissrd

Overall the App is great and easy to use. We had some challenges setting up the Amazon Account that CED help us with through WhatsApp. They were quick to respond and ready to jump on a screen share to verify the Amazon Account settings. I come from a Software Engineering background and lead teams of developers to build custom websites that scale 300+ million dollars. The CED integration to Amazon is solid. Part of the integration, I was working with multiple App providers to sync orders to a 3PL store. We had one challenge with our 3PL requesting a field to be filled out during order import, which CED completely really quickly for us to move forward with our project. I'm starting to crack away on adding all our items to the Amazon store. We work with a large amount of creators and we will install the App on our creator marketplace to sell all the products on Amazon. Thank you for the awesome customer support. One of the best I have seen in awhile.

What a great company!! I have spoken to them on 2 occasions and they have solved my problems super fast and efficiently! I recently had the pleasure of using a product and receiving support from their team, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! The product itself exceeded my expectations in terms of functionality and ease of use. It has truly made my life easier and more efficient. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional support I received from the team. They were prompt, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable about their product. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied with my experience. I haven't uploaded my products yet, but so far customer service has been SUPER helpful and quickly available to answer all my questions. Looking forward to using this app to sync my Shopify & Amazon Handmade stores.

Wonderful experience with setting up the CedCommerce app. I had a lot of questions as we are new to Amazon Seller Central. It was very easy to request a consultation and the support person was incredibly helpful, walking me through the set up step by step. I have a good understanding of how things work now.
