We just start to use this app and still learning how to use the features. But support is prompt and efficient. Will recommend.

I tried another Amazon Channel app originally and just could not get it to work. Not only is this app better but their tech support is far more superior! And I almost gave up on adding our products to Amazon! Thank you for being so responsive and helpful!

Excellent customer service and walk-through on how ease mapping attributes and listing products to Amazon is. App is seamless once the fields are intertwined together. App is good apart from its competitors. UI is easy and simply enough.

very good experience so far, the support is very fast and helpful. The app does its job well. We were able to add 1000+ products to Amazon within minutes. Also the order sync works as it should

They are very helpful through the online chat with any problems that you may have. Great features and they always are listening to feedback that you may have. Update: Absolutely amazing team to work with! They listen to whatever problems you have and take care of it immediately. The online chat is great with it being a live person. New suggestions they take for new features. I have been on a conference call with the whole team from CedCommerce and it's simply a pleasure to work with them. We just installed the app the other day and worked with support to link some of our products between Shopify and Amazon. They responded in chat immediately and worked with us to get the linking done correctly and inventory update working. Currently we manage our Amazon listings separately from Shopify and want to keep it that way so we are very cautious with apps that integrate with Amazon as to not make any unwanted updates. We only want the inventory to sync from Shopify to Amazon and the orders to sync from Amazon to Shopify and it worked great. We had one issue with an order not created in Shopify and support responded immediately again and resolve the issue. So far, so good and their support has been 5+ stars. Keep up the great work!!

I've been using the CED Commerce app for my Amazon store for a few months now and I have to say it is by far the best solution I've tested in the market. I had a few hiccups getting everything set up and working properly but the support team was willing to stay late nights and weekends to get everything figured out. I can't thank them enough for the great service and support they've provided. They've done a great job creating this app and it's made it so much easier for me to manage my Amazon store. The customer service team has been amazing, always willing to help and answer any questions I might have. They even stayed late and worked weekends to get everything up and running. Highly recommend this app and the team at CED Commerce! Five stars!
