I had a couple of issues syncing some FBM products over from amazon to link with my shopify products and Yogesh came on the chat and helped me every step of the way and did some magic in the backend. 5/5 Stars. Highly recommend!

Not user friendly. No one responds to queries. Cannot create variants. I would give it 0 stars if it were possible.

Vishal was amazing. Amazon is tricky and there are a lot of details. He answered all of my question like a real expert. I really appreciate the help in getting launched on Amazon. I signed up for their service to take care of all of the listing. It's well worth the price.

Support is quick to respond, but then takes hours to “check.” I don't know what they do during that time, but basically they just rephrase and repeat what I asked. I get the impression that this is intentional, so that in combination with the overly complicated user interface, you end up paying their people to take care of everything.

the app is great and the support is really fast and helpful. i am very satisfied. my only issue that you cannot select which orders to import. you need to import all orders that are fbm even if only a fraction of them are going to be synched. this needs to be worked on. but apart from this its a very useful app. it makes dropshipping easier

This was my first time listing on Amazon so wanted to find an app that would integrate with my store so I could sync orders and stock. The support from Yashi at CED has been fantastic and the few teething problems I had initially sorting the variants out myself have soon been rectified by him. Thank you for your help.
