CED Amazon Ecommerce App has been an absolute game-changer for our operations. The app is powerful, reliable, and incredibly well-structured, making Amazon integration smooth and efficient. From product syncing to order and inventory management, everything works seamlessly and saves a huge amount of time. What really stands out is the flexibility of the app and the level of control it provides—you can tell it’s built with real ecommerce needs in mind. On top of that, the support team is excellent: responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues or customize solutions. The app has a few nuances you need to get to grips with at first, but once you understand what information needs to be added, it’s been very helpful. The support team via the live chat has been very helpful with minor bugs I encountered along the way. I am still only 1 week into it.

Mannu Singh is an amazing communicator. He is thorough and well educated on the platform of Amazon. I’m impressed with him because he wants to make sure that we complete our project. He has text and called to make sure that I felt comfortable with learning about the platform and making sure I can complete my task. I highly recommend him and can’t speak enough about his professionalism.

The customer service rep was friendly and helpful. Products from Shopify cannot be imported into Amazon without additional support, as explained by the customer service rep. As a first-time user, the import and sync feature is a little overwhelming.

CedCommerce has been a reliable solution for connecting our Shopify store to Amazon. The team has been responsive and clear, and Mannu in particular was very helpful throughout the setup and coordination process. The app provides good visibility into sync status and catalog issues, making the overall experience smooth and effective.

Ich kann einige der sehr negativen Bewertungen nur teilweise nachvollziehen. Ja, das Template-System ist kompliziert und hat aktuell noch Fehler, an denen laut Support gearbeitet wird. Das ist nicht ideal, aber bekannt. Meine Erfahrung ist insgesamt positiv: Wenn ich Produkte einzeln mit Varianten anlege und dabei Fehler auftreten, wird mir meist schnell geholfen. Manchmal muss man nachfragen, um den Lösungsweg erklärt zu bekommen, aber am Ende wird das Problem gelöst. Der Support war für mich zuverlässig. Alle Mitarbeiter sindhilfreich, meine Probleme werden schnell gelöst und mir wird geholfen, die Produkte live zu bringen – vielen Dank! Unterm Strich: Die App ist nicht perfekt, aber funktional, der Support ist gut und die Preise sind fair. Ich bin insgesamt zufrieden.
