The app is not working, my products are not being synchronized with Amazon, support is of no help and only tries to sell consulting services

I have been using this app for over a year and I have nothing but great things to say about their customer service. From using their chat/ticket system/google meet meetings they have been very patient and have worked hard on making sure that all of my integrations have been connected. Excited to use their Etsy and Tik tok App to list all of our products!

We paid this company’s staff to help upload our products. Never do this. They take your money and then tell you that your case is “special.” They keep saying they are trying, but that there are many obstacles on Amazon’s side. In reality, nothing gets uploaded. They only send messages saying they are working, but there are no results. They also refuse to refund money for work that was never completed. Do not ask them for help unless you want to lose both your money and your time.

Its a great app but has some major flaws. What it does well: 1. easily create and push listings from Shopify to eBay. 2. Syncs inventory per sale. 3. Imports orders as it should. The bad 1. Templates are a bit of a pain to setup especially if you are working with say apparel with lots of variants. 2. When you set up the templates you have to keep going back and adding more details as you will get errors trying to list to Amazon. 3. Its a bunch of back and forth but once you get it right, it just works perfect The horrible Not sure how i feel about the billing practices. They advertise the ability to add more then one shopify store to Amazon but what they do not telly you is you get billed for ANY AND ALL orders that are FBM on Amazon. This is huge if you have a Amazon market place store that will not be syncing all inventory / orders to your shopify store. On the $19 plan you get 100 total orders then billed like 0.25 for each additional. So if you already have a successful Amazon store that gets 500 orders a month then you are going to be billed more money for those "failed" orders. Its capped at $30 additional on top of the current $19 but seems odd to bill for orders that they software are not linking to the shopify store. Over all, great app if you can get beyond the one major flaw.

CedCommerce has been a great app for us. It’s easy to use, works reliably, and helps streamline product management and syncing without a lot of extra hassle. Support has also been responsive when we’ve needed help.

I tried several integration apps for Amazon and was completely confused on how to get everything working. Upon installing this app, I requested the assistance from them and it was excellent as they helped me fully integrate my products. I would definitely recommend if you were having any problems doing this to request the assistance from them and it will truly make your life easier.

Went from 1-star to 5-star now as their team became more responsive and professional. Thank you! **** Earlier 1-star review: Very weak support. No U.S. hours support. App is riddled with bugs and their team reluctant to jump right in to investigate when you clearly show them the bugs. They constantly try to find temp workarounds even if you insist to "lets catch the bug, document and get it patched". One thing they're always very focused on its their festivals.

Vishal was amazing. Amazon is tricky and there are a lot of details. He answered all of my question like a real expert. I really appreciate the help in getting launched on Amazon. I signed up for their service to take care of all of the listing. It's well worth the price.

Support is quick to respond, but then takes hours to “check.” I don't know what they do during that time, but basically they just rephrase and repeat what I asked. I get the impression that this is intentional, so that in combination with the overly complicated user interface, you end up paying their people to take care of everything.
