I’ve been struggling to get my items listed on Amazon because I just didn’t have the time to handle everything myself. CedCommerce support really came through for me! The representative who helped me guided me step by step and even added the listings for me, which made the whole process so much easier. Now I can focus on designing, posting, and actually starting to sell without worrying about the complicated setup. Thank you so much for your support — you made a big difference for me!

I've been a customer of CedCommerce for the past three months. I initially reached out to ask for help to load my products onto Amazon's Seller Central, because that process is incredibly difficult for someone new to the process. From the beginning, I had an outstanding team. I was invited to a call where the team wanted to understand my goals, and from there helped me fine tune which products to list. They expertly guided me through the process to be GTIN exempt, and what was needed for that to go through. Once that was done, we regrouped and my products were loaded. I'm working with the team now on building out my Amazon store front and am upgrading product descriptions, photos, and more to make my store stand out from others. Every person with whom I have worked has been professional, very nice to speak with, knowledgeable, and worked to guide me through the steps very quickly and also very clearly. I highly recommend CedCommerce as a trusted partner for sellers who want to list on Amazon.

Great app and extremely knowledgeable and quick product support. The team in very responsive - they reached out to me to help setup and answer question once I enrolled to help me setting up and have helped resolved issues/answer questions quickly ongoing. Very helpful to move from Shopify to Amazon! Vishal has been great.

Top notch support. The app is pretty technical and requires some patience to learn, but the support team is extremely responsive and almost always available on the live chat. Without the support team it is hard to manage. With the support team it is a 5 star app

With the new application change, there was much better customer service. Onboarding was seamless, and the team was helpful in clearing up all doubts. Connector is properly communicating.

Great solution for linking seller's shopify accounts to their Amazon Seller Central account. Specifically image, inventory and pricing updates. While the linking process is not always intuitive, the cedcommerce support team is really helpful and even got on a call to walk me through the steps to solve my issue.

Working with the team was INCREDIBLE!! Very detailed oriented when it came to helping build out our Amazon product listing and product pages! The design team helped to capture our artistic intent when it came to branding as well!

This App is Amazing! its Definitely a Curveball to learn but once you get the hang of it, awe man it help simplifies your work flow, and Customer Support is always there to help you when your lost or confuse, I was a seller on Etsy and wanted to be able to sell on Amazon but didnt want the hassle of dealing with Parent/Child Variations, so a friend told me about this app and how it help make listings on amazon alot faster and easier and he sure was right, once you set everything up correctly on here, every listings is as fast as a click of a button!

waw! last year i try it , and really very bad experience, cause all in enlgish etc not easy, And this year i try again really very nice one of the best app about amazon with shopify, and chat help is very cool and help for real im french and really i make in 3h what i dont make with other app in 4 months just use this app guys ! 20 years i work in website

EDIT: They asked to get on a call and pointed me to the product linking feature which is very helpful. All I was wanting to do was have Amazon orders show up in Shopify and this helped me do that. I do wish the Shopify to Amazon upload worked better but this is an okay work around. I'm not sure how it works for so many people honestly. I wish I was one of those people. It's actually the worst app I've used. Syncs nothing to Amazon except the product title. Customer support is extremely slow and unhelpful. Constantly spits out errors even though I've filled out all of the details correctly. They say syncing could take up to 48 hours but it actually just never works even after 2 weeks. Terrible app, don't waste your time.
