Attentive has been a strong partner for our SMS marketing for several years. The platform makes it easy to launch campaigns, manage automations and quickly create segments for strategic targeting. Their support team is super responsive and knowledgeable, which has been a huge plus whenever we need quick guidance. The reporting tools provide solid insights into performance, though there's some room for improvement in customization and deeper data visibility. Overall, Attentive has helped us grow our email & SMS lists, increase engagement, and drive measurable revenue.

We’ve been with Attentive for some years now, I’ve had experience with other SMS providers but no one has cared as much as Attentive has. It’s not only one team or one person that cares about helping you but their whole brand, they’re very responsive and always willing to help. The new tools they come out with are also quite useful and innovative and I’m excited to see how the brand grows with such dedicated people in the team.

We’ve been using Attentive to manage both email and SMS, and it’s been seamless combining our email and mobile strategies. Their extensive library of “journey” templates has made automating much of our program simple, and they continue to roll out new features that make the platform even more powerful. (4.6 stars - still early days to the platform) We switched to Attentive about two months ago from Yotpo SMSBump and have really enjoyed the change. Yotpo had a lot of extra features that felt unnecessary for what we needed, while Attentive is simple, effective, and easy to use. The AI tools and smart recommendations are a great bonus and make campaign planning feel effortless. Our team has easy access to everything they need, and we have had no issues with the Shopify integration. We also appreciate the white glove support, which makes the entire experience smooth and reliable. Overall, it has been a good transition, and we are excited to see how the platform continues to grow.

Attentive came to our attention when we were looking for alternatives to Klaviyo for email marketing that also serviced SMS. Attentive was a stand out due to its integrated SMS and email functionality as well as native integration to Shopify. They also offered an extensive trial with analysis on the benefits that Attentive would bring to the business compared to our existing vendors. The onboarding experience was robust and pleasant with plenty of support from both Australian local support as well as their global team.

We’ve explored several SMS platforms over the years, and Attentive has been the easiest and most reliable by far. The Shopify integration was quick and intuitive. Everything synced perfectly without the usual manual setup or data-mapping headaches. What we appreciate most is the accuracy of their attribution. Attentive pulls in all the right data and gives a true picture of performance, rather than inflating revenue like many other platforms tend to do. It’s refreshing to finally have transparent reporting we can trust.
