Attentive: AI‑led Email &SMS

We have used Attentive for about 5 years now for our SMS program. They have been so great to work with, the software works great and is easy to use to setup messaging, campaigns and automations. They were so great, that we moved our email management over to them as well about 3 years ago. Having the all in one soltuon for email and SMS makes automations great to keep messaging consistent. Also, in the world of tricky SMS litigation they are great about staying on top of it and helping to keep you complaint. Highly recommend.

We’ve been with Attentive for some years now, I’ve had experience with other SMS providers but no one has cared as much as Attentive has. It’s not only one team or one person that cares about helping you but their whole brand, they’re very responsive and always willing to help. The new tools they come out with are also quite useful and innovative and I’m excited to see how the brand grows with such dedicated people in the team.

(4.6 stars - still early days to the platform) We switched to Attentive about two months ago from Yotpo SMSBump and have really enjoyed the change. Yotpo had a lot of extra features that felt unnecessary for what we needed, while Attentive is simple, effective, and easy to use. The AI tools and smart recommendations are a great bonus and make campaign planning feel effortless. Our team has easy access to everything they need, and we have had no issues with the Shopify integration. We also appreciate the white glove support, which makes the entire experience smooth and reliable. Overall, it has been a good transition, and we are excited to see how the platform continues to grow.

However, one downside is that we don’t have a dedicated account manager, which sometimes makes it harder to move fast or make adjustments. There are certain features or changes that can only be made through their team, which adds some extra steps and limits flexibility. Overall, Attentive is still a powerful tool that’s helped us improve engagement and conversions, but having more autonomy inside the platform would make it even better.
