Attentive has been a great addition to our marketing toolkit. The platform is intuitive, and provides clear insights that help us optimize our campaigns. Their customer support team is also super responsive and helpful. However, one downside is that we don’t have a dedicated account manager, which sometimes makes it harder to move fast or make adjustments. There are certain features or changes that can only be made through their team, which adds some extra steps and limits flexibility. Overall, Attentive is still a powerful tool that’s helped us improve engagement and conversions, but having more autonomy inside the platform would make it even better.

We've been with Attentive for a few years now with multiple brands in our company. We are using them for email and SMS and the dashboard is very user-friendly unlike some other companies we used like Klaviyo and Yotpo. We are currently working with Erika our Senior Customer Success Manager who has been very helpful in getting us ready for BFCM. She's provided all the resources (links) and tools needed to excel this quarter. She's also super responsive! It's great having some guidance if needed with growing our brands because we've worked with many companies before that don't provide the additional expertise. Attentive is super user friendly with a great UI/UX. It offers a ton of reports and look at to help your marketing team make adjustments and grow. Attentive has helped us grow conversions especially with the new AI Pro feature. The customer service (WhiteGlove) is outstanding and their growth team goes above and beyond to help you. If there are concerns, it's easy to schedule a call and talk through the problems. They actually give you real solutions and can go into your account and make edits.
