Very Bad, Key Points Regarding Refunds: Generally Not Allowed: "Refunds for payments made for subscribing into periodic AutoDS' subscription plans are generally not allowed or available..." This is the primary statement. Exceptions: Mandatory Under Applicable Laws: Refunds are possible if required by law. This depends on your location and consumer protection laws. AutoDS Discretion: AutoDS may approve refunds on a case-by-case basis. This is entirely at their discretion. Fees: Even if a refund is granted at their discretion, they can deduct up to 15% in fees, plus any fees charged by the payment processor. Cancellation: You can cancel future payments by terminating your user account. This stops future charges but doesn't guarantee a refund for past payments. Chargebacks Waived: By registering, you've agreed not to request a chargeback from your credit card company. If you do, they expect you to contact them first to resolve the issue. If they find your request justified, you may be entitled to a refund as legally required. Third-Party Purchases: AutoDS is not responsible for refunds on products purchased from third parties through their platform. Those are subject to the third party's policies. In Summary: AutoDS's policy strongly discourages refunds. Your best chance of getting a refund is if: Your local laws require it. Check your consumer protection laws. You can convince AutoDS that your situation warrants a discretionary refund. This will likely require a compelling reason and may still be subject to fees. Consider a Chargeback (as a last resort): While you've agreed not to, if AutoDS refuses to cooperate and you believe you have a legitimate claim (e.g., fraud, non-delivery of service), you could attempt a chargeback with your credit card company. I would recommend this app for experienced people and who's got a decent revenue already but otherwise they have lots of products and one click ai shopify store generators which is very good
