Auto DS: AI Dropshipping & POD

Very disappointing experience with AutoDS. I signed up for a $0.99 trial to test the platform, but I was unexpectedly charged $49.99. Although I cancelled the subscription as soon as I noticed the issue, the charge had already been processed. The pricing and billing process should be much more transparent, especially for new users who are only trying the trial. Customers should receive clear reminders before a significant charge is taken from their card. I hope AutoDS improves its billing transparency and customer service by handling refund requests fairly and promptly.

There support team is quick to respond! I had an issue with my first order and I was able to get an agent within minutes for support and Krizza was able to quickly walk me through the process and answer any further questions I had.

Me cobraron USD 386 por una suscripción anual que no autoricé y que ni siquiera he usado. Lo peor es que, al intentar entrar a la plataforma para cancelar o gestionar la suscripción, AutoDS no me deja acceder claramente a las opciones de cuenta, facturación o cancelación. Me manda a pantallas de configuración y selección de paquetes, pero no a una ruta real para cancelar. Contacté con soporte, expliqué el problema y pedí el reembolso. Se negaron usando sus políticas internas, aunque el problema principal es que su propia plataforma no permite gestionar correctamente la cancelación. Desde mi experiencia la peor estafa, es una app con un proceso de cobro/cancelación muy poco transparente. No la recomiendo nada!!!, Cuidado antes de conectar una tarjeta o aceptar cualquier prueba. Usan métodos engañosos para que pagues!!

Avoid AutoDS if you are trying to build a reliable local brand. I placed a test order explicitly filtering for a "US Only" warehouse (promising a 5-day delivery window) to evaluate a supplier before scaling my TikTok Shop. To my shock, the platform's automated system completely overrode my settings and routed the order to a Chinese warehouse without my consent. The package has been frozen in customs for days, completely breaking the delivery window. When I contacted customer support, they tried to evade responsibility. A shift leader named Rona explicitly admitted in writing that there was a "discrepancy between my intended US warehouse selection and how the order was fulfilled," confirming their system just assigns whatever warehouse it wants at checkout. Despite acknowledging their own system failure and the fulfillment breach, they refused to issue a refund and told me to "double-check my settings next time." AutoDS allows suppliers to falsely list international stock as US-based and then forces the merchant to absorb the financial loss and delays when their software fails to enforce the marketplace filters. This is unacceptable for professional business management. Unreliable platform and deceptive support.

Diana has been assigned to me by Auto DS to help me with any issues I might have since I was having a lot of unanswered issues. She has been a great help, and has everything work like it's supposed to again. She's even around when she's off work sometimes, like today she took extra time to help me. This is the service that I can appreciate, and accustomed to. I don't know what happened, but they have corrected it. Everything is working good again. Special thanks to Diana.
