We were charged over €300 despite only using the app once during the free trial period. After the trial ended, we did not continue using the application at all, yet we were still billed a significant amount. This is completely unacceptable. There was no clear indication that such charges would apply after minimal or no usage, and we believe this billing is unjustified. We are therefore requesting a full refund of the amount charged, or at the very least that the invoice be cancelled, and that our account or subscription be removed from your records. Dorina has been assigned to me by Auto DS to help me with any issues I might have since I was having a lot of unanswered issues. She has been a great help, and has everything work like it's supposed to again. She's even around when she's off work sometimes, like today she took extra time to help me. I feel sorry for anyone going to use this. I had to deal with 10+ team members, two managers for more than 10 days. Yet, there is no use and finally I had to hold onto my business which was planned with AutoDS as service provider - completely unreliable.
