As a begginer it's very hard to understand how most of marketing apps work, but thanks to the best customer support came from Carlos I managed to succed on operating with the most complex features of the app. Thank you Carlos again for your kindness and help!

It's a great solution, near as I can tell so far as a complete newbie. The online chat support has been great so far. For new people there is a lot to learn, but it seems they have the majority of the tools in place to help people succeed.

ran into a problem while in my store & jumped into the chat box & got immediate help from a live agent: angelica (it was my time at 12am in HI so not sure what time it was in her location) she helped me out with my problem right away not even a few minutes in
