I only used the app for 2 days and deleted it immediately. Because even though the trial version was free for 14 days, they took money from my card and never refunded it. When I uploaded money to the application and tried to send my orders, the prices were higher than they appeared. I think you should never use it.

I was misled by a youtube "guru" to believe that this would be a free, 30 day trial. This was a lie. You will be charged 1.00 despite "free 14 day trial" being clearly visible in the pricing section above. Despite paying for the higher cost option, I do not have access to the ad spy tool that is widely promoted by youtube gurus, who fail to mention that there is an additional charge of $15.00 if you want access to the ad spy. This would be on top of the $40.00 I am paying for what DSERS offers for only $20.00. Overall very scammy and all about upselling you, despite how costly this can be for small business owners.

The first month is works good. But when you cancel something and want to undo that. The software can't handle it. Also the stock automatically changed so somehtime the product is out of the when it is live. The last thing is that the software can't handle change of sizes when you have set it like a certain way. And Now I have $100 balance on my account, but didn't get it back!

I’ve given AutoDS more than enough chances, but after days of frustration, countless hours of wasted work, and unhelpful support, I’ve had enough. Here’s my experience: Buggy Platform: Random variant keys are added to products, making uploads impossible. Support repeatedly asks for item IDs, even though the issue prevents uploads in the first place. Changes Reverted: Customizations like images and prices are randomly reverted to AliExpress defaults. My team spent three days perfecting listings, only for AutoDS to undo everything. Terrible Support: Every suggestion boils down to “re-upload your products,” despite me explaining multiple times that this is not feasible due to extensive customizations. Refund Refusal: Despite their platform being unusable and full of errors, AutoDS refused to issue a refund, offering only a 15% discount instead—an insult after all the time and resources I’ve lost. AutoDS is completely unreliable and unfit for professional use. I cannot recommend this service to anyone serious about their business. -> update on the reaction: No I will not fill in the form we did this already Sir.

Listen. If you're serious about ecom, find a private supplier. These people over charge on everything. They cant bundle orders so you'll be charged 2x shipping for 1 customer that ordered 2 items. They're constantly changing their prices and shipping takes forever. I was using them for testing so I don't waste my suppliers time but I cannot with this company. FIND A GOOD SUPPLIER! YOUR MARGINS WILL THANK YOU EDIT:: I had the pleasure of speaking with Dorina, a wonderful quality control manager. Dorina helped with with all my problems. Dorina refunded me on shipping and even gave me a month free. AutoDS is working on their platform to make it better and reviews like mine help them see what needs to be fixed. I may have been a little harsh but Dorina has helped me! NEWEST EDIT: This company is charging their customers for order fulfilment but is not actually shipping out their orders. You have to load a balance in their website which is a loophole so the banks can't actually dispute these transactions when the company doesn't fulfil on their obligations. They also increase their prices on products without notice. I have multiple orders where I paid for product and shipping yet these orders were never shipped. They included a tracking number and thats it. After tracking was provided, the products never actually got shipped. I asked for a refund on my remaining balance and they fully refuse to even return the money I loaded into their platform. I have customers contacting me daily asking why there is no movement on their tracking, this is the only way I was able to find out most of these orders were never actually shipped. I had help from a nice service rep previously but this overall experience is horrible. Stay far away.

To edit a product, you must do everything on the autods. If you're unaware of this, you'll be surprised when your product titles and prices suddenly change automatically. Unfortunately, you can't disable this feature, and customer support is unhelpful when it comes to resolving such issues. "Edit everything on the autods platform" fine, I’ll do that. Then I thought, what about images? I had uploaded them through Shopify. Would they revert to the original ones from autods? Customer support couldn’t answer this question. So, I decided to upload the images directly on autods, wasting additional time. Guess what? If you're serious about improving your website speed, their platform doesn't allow you to upload images in webp format. Oh, and let’s say you're running a discount offer and want to add a "compare to" price. Yes, you can do this but only if your store currency is set to USD. For stores using other currencies, you have to manually convert prices in their platform from your currency to USD. And the conversion? It doesn’t work correctly. For example, my product price without a discount is £68. Technically, that should convert to $85. I entered this USD price into the autods platform so it would reflect correctly in GBP. Instead, it converted to £112. No words.

horrible, after cancelling they still want to charge $250 for yearly... something i've never signed up for. Their prices are out of line with their competitors and they expect me to pay even though i've only had them downloaded for 1 day under their free trial and quickly uninstalled because it wasn't going to help my business.

easy to use, easy to import, and its a solid platform for fulfillment as well update: nevermind I would not recommend... tried fulfilling a order since nov 5 has never been shipped since and today is nov 16... paid for a service left with disappointment and anger
