I am giving this platform a 1-star rating due to the extremely poor support and overall disappointing experience. First, the support team is the worst I have ever encountered. They don’t thoroughly read the questions and only respond to what they deem necessary, often ignoring key issues. I had to repeat the same question in 4-5 emails before finally getting an answer. Additionally, the platform offers the assistance of an AutoDS mentor, but my mentor did not respond for 3 or 4 days. I had to reach out again myself to get a response. Moreover, the AutoDS platform lacks essential information regarding suppliers, such as where the listed products can be shipped. They claim to merely facilitate services, but on multiple occasions, I encountered products listed on the platform that I couldn’t sell because the supplier's link was broken, and I had no way of knowing if the product could be sold in the European market. Overall, the support is unresponsive, the mentor service is unreliable, and the platform lacks critical information for sellers. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

AutoDS: Great Potential, but Hidden Fees Left a Sour Taste AutoDS initially seemed like the perfect solution for streamlining my dropshipping business. The platform's user-friendly interface and powerful automation features were promising, and I was excited to start saving time and effort. However, my initial enthusiasm quickly turned to frustration when I discovered hidden fees lurking beneath the surface. After spending two weeks diligently loading products into my store, I was surprised to learn that essential features like automated order fulfillment and returns management required an additional fee through the "Fulfilled by AutoDS" service. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. The initial $50/month plan seemed reasonable, but the hidden cost of this crucial service significantly increased the overall expense. For new entrepreneurs on a tight budget, this unexpected financial burden can be a major setback. While I understand that businesses need to generate revenue, transparency is key. It would have been much more upfront to clearly state the additional cost for these essential features from the beginning. This would allow users to make informed decisions about whether AutoDS fits their budget and business needs. Furthermore, the way the "Fulfilled by AutoDS" service is presented on the website can be misleading. It's highlighted as a time-saving solution, but the fact that it's an add-on with a separate fee isn't immediately apparent. This lack of transparency can create a sense of distrust and frustration for users who feel they've been misled. Despite my disappointment with the hidden fees, I acknowledge that AutoDS does offer valuable automation features that can benefit dropshipping businesses. The platform's interface is intuitive, and the automation tools can save significant time and effort. However, the lack of transparency regarding the additional cost for essential features leaves a sour taste. I would caution potential users to carefully review the pricing structure and feature limitations before committing to AutoDS. While it has the potential to be a powerful tool, the hidden fees can be a significant drawback, especially for those starting their dropshipping journey on a limited budget. In conclusion, AutoDS has the potential to be a valuable asset for dropshippers, but its lack of transparency regarding additional fees is a major concern. I hope they consider making their pricing structure more upfront and clear in the future to avoid disappointing new users.

Warning: AutoDS is a Scam Application Be extremely cautious when dealing with "AutoDS." This application is completely useless and fails to deliver on its promises. They claim to offer 24/7 support, but in reality, they respond only 2 or 3 times before asking you to create a ticket, which then takes over 24 hours to get a response. This is incredibly frustrating and not what you would expect from a service that advertises round-the-clock assistance. Setting up my account with their help took about two weeks because they took three to four days to resolve each issue. This slow response time is unacceptable, especially when you're trying to run a business and need timely support. When I finally managed to set up my account, I encountered another major issue. When I tried to place an order, they insisted on using only US dollars, which is impractical for me as I live in Italy. They never mentioned this restriction before, and it's not stated in their policy. This lack of transparency is a huge red flag. When I requested a refund of my $50, they refused. This is not just poor customer service; it's outright theft. There are other applications with API integration that provide instant responses 24/7. These alternatives are far more reliable and efficient. Avoid wasting your money and time on "AutoDS." It's a must to steer clear of this scam. Your time and money are valuable, and you deserve a service that respects that. Choose a more reputable application that will actually support your needs and provide the service they promise.

Absolutely appalling service from Rizza Jean from Auto DS. Tried convincing me to upgrade to a plan to use their AI store generator, speaking nicely and all smiley faces. Then i upgraded my plan and they give me a US version of the entire shopify store setting. Unable to change back to Australian setting and can't add my bank details. Bought this up to them and they said nah sorry can't help you not our department. Absolutely not a care on their part and the nice talk and smiley faces were gone.

I am exploring e-commerce and testing various platforms. Currently, I am using Shopify on a trial basis. To get a complete experience, I installed some ADS apps on the platform. However, even without any orders in my store, I am being charged over 300 dollars. When I contacted Shopify support, they informed me that although the charges come from them, I need to check with the app developers and request a resolution for the incorrect charges. This raises a very serious issue: isn't the platform integrated with development and billing? Can't they verify if the account is actually active or if there are any orders?

EDIT: Thank you for your reply, this is still not working. Please see my email response for full details I deleted all AutoDS inventory and then cancelled my subscription, but there is no way of uninstalling this app in the Shopify apps after cancelling the subscription. I will leave this public paper trail here until someone helps me fully unsubscribe from your app without any charges

WATCH OUT - SCAM! Not even worth one star. Basically scam - I do not know much about the product itself as I have not been using it, but I was on a trial period and then paused my account, until suddenly I get the full annual membership fee bill via my Shopify account. I never signed up for it and my account was paused. No transparency of the conditions and extremely customer unfriendly conditions...

Misleading application, I was charged incorrectly in my store and I simply can't get service. My store has never sold for exactly 30 days. I installed the app to find out and because it said the trial was free, I no longer used the platform and they sent me a bill for $248.00, and I can't get service. Be careful, if you have a problem, it is very difficult to solve. in addition to the very expensive cost.

I accidentally subscribed to the yearly plan instead of monthly plan. After the payment went through I realized. I wanted to delete my account after 1,5 months of having it because its not working in my country (Switzerland). I contacted the customer support twice but without success. I was not able to get any money refunded for the remaining months. Long story short, I had the account for 1,5/2 months and had to pay the full yearly subscription for 248.70$. Very disappointing experience.

Absolutely terrible service. Please stay far away from this platform. We are switching to Zendrop because we've heard much better things. Here are the problems we've encountered: 1. Our store has disconnected from the platform multiple times. Customer Service was super unhelpful. 2. Orders supposedly automatically placed by AutoDS, however, it kept having errors, and we received 0 notification about it. Customers placed orders and the AutoDS system failed to fulfil those orders despite us adding a $500 managed balance. For some odd reason we had 0 auto order credits. Which makes zero sense. What's the point of adding a $500 managed balance when that results in 0 auto order credits? I don't understand. 3. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THEY NEVER OFFER SOLUTIONS. THEY'VE NEVER ONCE SOLVED ANY PROBLEMS OF OURS. Stay far away from this platform. How it has a 4.9 star overall rating is beyond me.
