Product Lists at Walmart $23 and they are charging me $47 on top of it %3 sales fee plus every-time You deposit %5 and the subscription fee of $200 there is no way you can make money with this app. You better off order directly from Walmart or Amazon

A year ago this app was good, now a days the app has a lot of problems, and nothing has been solved. can't update inventory and prices, can't edit items, images are disappearing, no update from source suppliers, the app is shows wrong inventory which considered very risky for drop shipping, the support just sent all these issues to their engineers and it has been 70 days and they are still done NOTHING.

Updated Review – April 12, 2025 This is my third update to my review of the Shopify AutoDS app. I first posted on March 11, followed by a second update on March 31. I've been using AutoDS for over four years. It used to be a reliable automation platform, but the last couple of months have been the most difficult I’ve ever had with the service. It began in early February when I noticed some of my product listings on Shopify had lost their main images. At first, I assumed it was an isolated glitch. But as I kept browsing through my site, it became clear this was something much worse. Main product images and in some cases, all images were silently disappearing from live listings. There was no alert, no system log, no way to know when it happened. I only discovered it by accident, and it turned out to be affecting dozens of products. That kind of silent failure is incredibly damaging. It impacts SEO, kills ad performance, and destroys customer trust. And when you manage a large catalog, manually checking every listing becomes a nightmare. I reported everything in detail to support screenshots, recordings, and product IDs but was met with the same generic response over and over: “We’ve forwarded it to the developers.” No timeline. No fix. No real communication. Days turned into weeks. Eventually, I couldn’t afford to wait any longer. I spent entire workdays manually re-uploading images one listing at a time. After two exhausting days of work, support told me that since I had already started fixing them manually, the developers suggested I just continue and assured me the issue wouldn’t happen again. A few hours later, it happened again. More listings lost their images while I was still mid-way through manually fixing them. Two full days of work down the drain. It was clear nothing had been resolved. This issue has dragged on for over two months and has made it nearly impossible to run my business properly. I’ve had to manually audit my store over and over, constantly putting out fires instead of focusing on growth. AutoDS was supposed to simplify operations, but instead, it introduced ongoing disruptions I couldn't anticipate or control. Although timely, other issues like auto-orders getting stuck, being charged for credits that didn’t appear, and failed orders were eventually resolved, but they still added to the time and energy I had to spend just keeping things afloat. Support replies quickly, but most responses feel automated or surface-level. After months of unresolved issues, confidence in the platform has dropped significantly. I’ve provided clear documentation, consistent follow-ups, and every opportunity for the team to resolve the problem, but without transparency or accountability from the developers, it’s been incredibly difficult to keep my business running smoothly. I’ll continue updating this review weekly until the issue is fully resolved. At this point, it’s the only way I can ensure ongoing visibility and accountability for a problem that has caused lasting damage to my business.

Do not recommend the use of this app or platform. So far, they have taken more than $500 AUD and refused to fulfill my customer's order after multiple attempts to fix this; I had no choice but to be refunded so I could pay my customer back. Auto Ds does not communicate refunds; they take the money. It is best to understand their terms and conditions, which are up to 15%. Still, they took the complete 15%, costing me $150 USD, without making a sale, and then fees from the transfer. It's been the most expensive first experience with this company. Customer service is all over the place. You never get to speak to the same person, so that is where my issue stemmed from. Very frustrating and very upsetting, and I wouldn't trust this platform.

DO NOT USE THIS. USE "DSERS" INSTEAD FOR FULFILLMENT. 1. They charge you a 5% "credit card fee" every-time you top you your account to pay. 2. They charge you like $0.6 every order. 3. They STILL charge you 5-10% extra for the product vs if you were to purchase it yourself on Aliexpress. Im not done yet. I had to REFUND 100+ orders on Black Friday because AUTODS provided me with faulty tracking numbers which showed "Abnormal" status so I assumed they weren't getting shipped out. They were... but it was too late because I had already refunded the customers since it has been 20+ days since when I ordered. AGAIN. DO. NOT. USE. THEM. USE "DSERS"

Update: AutoDS is a SCAM. Full stop. What happened to me over the past couple of months was beyond frustrating — it was straight-up deceptive. I'm writing this after years in e-commerce and automation tools, and I’ve never experienced anything as shady as this. It started with a critical issue: product images began disappearing from live listings on Shopify. Main images. In some cases, all of them. No warning. No system log. No way to detect it unless I caught it by accident — and I did. What I found was dozens of listings completely broken. But that wasn’t even the worst of it. Around the same time, I completely lost the ability to manage my listings. I couldn’t update product prices, edit descriptions, or replace broken images. And this happened during a critical period where I urgently needed to update pricing across multiple SKUs. For over a week, the platform was effectively dead — a frozen shell that left me locked out of my own business. I contacted support immediately and explained everything in detail. They told me it was forwarded to the dev team. I followed up two days later — no progress. I contacted them again — same answer. I even went through the Renew Token process they suggested, hoping it would fix the sync issues. It didn’t. Then they asked me to fill out a refund request form — and to do so, I had to enter an additional email. That same email was later used to create a new AutoDS account without my consent. No confirmation, no opt-in, no message asking permission. Just — boom — new account created, and the spam started flowing in. This alone is a major violation of privacy and data protection standards. And here's the cherry on top: – I had paid over $200 upfront for a yearly plan – When I asked for a refund, they said no – They only returned about $50 — the balance from my product sourcing wallet – They also withheld 15% as a “processing fee,” something I was never warned about – I now get emails from an account I didn’t create, and the only way to unsubscribe is to log in — which would reactivate the entire mess This is deliberate. This is manipulative. This is scam behavior. Add to that the months of lost time manually fixing broken listings, the complete lack of transparency from their dev team, and the generic, robotic support replies — and you get a company that doesn’t just drop the ball. They throw it into traffic and tell you to chase it. After everything I’ve been through — I’m honestly just relieved I left. AutoDS is not a partner. It's a liability. Scammers, blockers, and business-killers. Avoid them.

1. Charged $390.16 for usage during FREE trial period 2. Possibly some FAKE 5-star Auto-DS reviews: after writing this review, we noticed lots of short, 5-star reviews, claiming complete satisfaction and ease of use. 3. MONTHLY plan billed annually so we were told that meant no refund for unused months or login capability if cancelled. That's unlawful unjust enrichment. 4. Only got 14 products to sell: claimed variations of the 14 products counted towards 500-product plan limit. Unlawful bait and switch. 5. Fake or inaccurate product supply numbers. Most products were out of stock right after being listed, requiring daily inventory management and daily new product searching. Time wasted. 6. Made $0.00 the entire time from 9/13/24 to 11/29/24. 7. High-priced shipping for even lightweight items the entire time we were using the platform so prices weren't impacted by recent strikes, new tariffs, etc. 8. Low inventory and miminal listing-worthy options from U.S. Suppliers in our niche. Mainly China-based suppliers so most had 14 to 21 day shipping times. Auto-DS ad said differently. 9. Lots of non-wholesale prices 10. 1,000 (and counting) emails re: out of stock/price changes. 11. Inability to unsubscribe from emails once canceled. 12. Had to agree to a new plan for same time frame to access app again once we canceled. 13. Repeated login issues before the cancelation. 14. Confusing pricing tools: Lots of pricing errors that would've sold trending products at a loss had we had a sale from allegedly trending products. 15. No unique or "scroll-stopping" products in niche. 16. Hidden fees (i.e.the need for additional "credits" on top of in-app charges and monthly subscription) to fulfill the orders. 17. App was hard to use. 18. Still required more apps to compete. 19. Shall I repeat: we made no sales from 9/13/24 through 11/29/24. 20. Pricing analysis and strategies for individual products were hard to find. 21. Limited, argumentative, and/or belligerent support re: a refund until their manager saw this app review. 22. Lots of known issues 23. There were OUTDATED help topics and tutorials. There are more issues that we encountered but we can't list them all. We tried to stick it out as long as we could to make our money back and to see if the advertised hype and ads by affiliates were accurate. We just couldn't take these issues anymore. Business to business, we tried to discuss some of these issues BEFORE writing this awfully negative review. Update: After declining a partial refund or months "free" (we had already paid for a whole year) and mentorship, they initially refused to refund us fully until this review. We have since received all of our money back. Previously, one support person had also threatened to charge more if we didn't uninstall the app. Rest assured, uninstalling the app was ONE thing that worked except for the emailing issues listing above. We decline their offer for free months and mentorship because this app isn't cost-effective, intuitive, limited-staff friendly, niche-rich in products, or customer-support friendly.

To edit a product, you must do everything on the autods. If you're unaware of this, you'll be surprised when your product titles and prices suddenly change automatically. Unfortunately, you can't disable this feature, and customer support is unhelpful when it comes to resolving such issues. "Edit everything on the autods platform" fine, I’ll do that. Then I thought, what about images? I had uploaded them through Shopify. Would they revert to the original ones from autods? Customer support couldn’t answer this question. So, I decided to upload the images directly on autods, wasting additional time. Guess what? If you're serious about improving your website speed, their platform doesn't allow you to upload images in webp format. Oh, and let’s say you're running a discount offer and want to add a "compare to" price. Yes, you can do this but only if your store currency is set to USD. For stores using other currencies, you have to manually convert prices in their platform from your currency to USD. And the conversion? It doesn’t work correctly. For example, my product price without a discount is £68. Technically, that should convert to $85. I entered this USD price into the autods platform so it would reflect correctly in GBP. Instead, it converted to £112. No words.

horrible, after cancelling they still want to charge $250 for yearly... something i've never signed up for. Their prices are out of line with their competitors and they expect me to pay even though i've only had them downloaded for 1 day under their free trial and quickly uninstalled because it wasn't going to help my business.

Laughably bad. The credit system is terrible, the customer service is non-existent. Had orders sitting in queue for days and the response was, "we process thousands of orders." Seriously? I don't care, I need my customers' orders processed. Just a giant waste of time and money.

He puesto dinero en la cartera y aun no me lo devuelven, a pesar que ya cerré la cuenta, y antes de hacerlo lo consulte con una persona de atención al cliente, me han bloqueado y no tengo manera de contactar con ellos, cada vez que quería cargar un producto estaba agotado, estoy muy desconforme con la aplicación, no es lo que esperaba, Estoy reclamando a diario y me envían correos todos los días de personas diferentes solo para marearme. No hay un seguimiento ni resolución de problemas

I tried this app for 6 months and with autods, its not possible due to below resons- 1). 80% of my orders were not fulfilled. They deduct money and never ship, we have to go back to them to request for refund. 2). They have suppliers like TIKTOK, Walmart, Amazon where they route the orders. If I have to order from Walmart or amazon, I will not like to sell the product since customer can buy from walmart, amazon directly and to get profit, its important to sell on higher price than walmart/amazon. 3). We had to manually order from walmart and due to syncing of orders, autods always claim that they ship it and do not refund. We had to struggle to get the refund. 4). Did not work for us and we have cancelled it.

I bought a Auto DS Shopify Plan Import 200 for 200 products. However, I only import 18 listing and I can't import more. Turn out, they limit this plan to only 200 variants, not 200 listing. Everything this company mentioned are "Products" and "Listing" on their website. However, It was totally confusing because it was not correct as what they described. https://help.autods.com/account-billing/autods-subscription-plans "For example, you chose the starter 400 plan, so the maximum number of listings you can import to your store is 400, until you will upgrade your plan."

Their service never worked for me. I ordered and input $800 from paypal to my wallet balance. Despite being on chat support for hours and following all their steps, the orders stayed "in progress" for days. I ended having to cancel them and order them manually from various other sellers completely wasting my time and delaying my customers orders. Then the real nightmare began. I went on chat for hours, and opened up 4 separate tickets, was given several auto responses. All I wanted was refunds for my 3 separate paypal transactions. After days, they finally agreed to refund me, then kept 15% stating paypal keeps 15%. They stole my money and kept insisting paypal keeps 15% for refunds. I know this is a flat out lie since I obviously have refunded customers on paypal knowing they get the full refund. Also, they sent me two payments one in full, and one partial amount. When I did three separate paypal payments to them. If paypal really took 15%, I would've received three separate refunds with 15% removed, instead of one payment 100% refunded and one artbitrary amount. DO NOT USE this service. I wish I could give zero stars.

Not the greatest experience. Good at grabbing drop shipping items off of sites and adding to your store but that is about it. Lots of hidden fees for functionality that works 50% off the time. No customer service. I am sure they would charge extra for service as they charge extra for everything on top of the monthly fee. Also, item variants count towards overall product allowance( yes there is a limit, unless you pay more) if you have different sizes and colors of 1 product it adds up fast. Do your homework before purchasing, wish i would have done more. Update: Would go to zero stars if it was an option. Be careful with who you give your money too. They will not return any balance in your account nor honor any cancellation agreement.

I do not recommend AutoDS app. I have received so many emails from them since signing up with them before the holidays of products being out of stock and there is nothing auto about it. Everything had to be done manually. Now that I sent an email that I want to cancel my subscription and would like reimbursement., I have not gotten any response back. I have not made any money through this app as they did not fulfill my orders and the products were out of stock. They sent me a email this morning saying I could not cancel an order that they got in late and I received an email from Amazon saying it was canceled because it is too late. Amazon canceled any order that they put through because they were all late :( So many glitches and bugs in the system. I even received an email from someone saying they are new, wth I’m so disappointed with my experience and just want it cancelled and my refund.
