Ho avuto problemi con il credito sul mio vecchio account e, grazie alla sua competenza e professionalità, il problema è stato risolto in modo rapido ed efficace. Il tecnico ha dimostrato una profonda conoscenza del sistema e ha saputo guidarmi attraverso ogni fase del processo. The app offers a 14-day trial which is not 14-days but 13-days before they actually charge you a full subscription. They do not make it easy to cancel as support is on the other side of the world. I contacted support and eventually was helped to my satisfaction. While the app is complex and has a lot of capability, the trial is not long enough to explore its full capabilities. I still would recommend AutoDS.

It was very easy to start, I just don't know what to do next. Hopefully I will be able to finish the next steps after watching a few more youtube videos.

an amount has been deducted from my account without using the app via Shopify. Dorina (AutoDS team) contacted me to report this inconvenience, and I was refunded. I appreciate her professionalism. Personally, I unsubscribed because I couldn't import my items from Alibaba to Shopify. I was even using links, but I couldn't find my niche. I was only offered AliExpress items.

I really like this app. Great feature include the ability to import any product from just about every site is extremely useful. I also really like how so much can be automated all the way from how products are imported with specific set prices all the way to have the product ordered for you and with the specific dropshipping notes for the supplier to not add any receipt/marketing information from their store/company. Some of the downsides to this app are that even though support is helpful and definitely responds, they can take about 24 to 48 hours to connect with you when by that time your customers may already be requesting a refund by that time. There are also a few caching and UI situations that may require a lot of refreshing or hard refreshing of the browser. Lastly it has a fairly steep learning curve which take a bit more time to grasp. Overall I really like the product and would recommend it to anyone looking to really automate a lot of their process.

I would recommend this app for dropshippers. Customer Support is fast and helpful. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is that I've had some technical issues.
