Auto DS: AI Dropshipping & POD

I’ve just started using Auto DS: US Dropshipping & POD for a while now, and it has been a great tool for automating my dropshipping business. The integration with my store was smooth, and the user interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate and manage my products. One of the standout features is the automated order fulfillment, which saves a lot of time and reduces manual errors. The app also provides a wide range of products to choose from, and the inventory management tools are reliable. However, I did encounter a few minor issues with customer support response times, which could be improved. Additionally, while the app offers a lot of features, some of them come with a steep learning curve, especially for beginners. Overall, I would definitely recommend Auto DS to other dropshippers looking to streamline their operations. It’s a solid platform with room for improvement, but it delivers on its core promises.

So far so good! I had tried another DS company and connecting it to ae was AWFUL!With AutoDS it has been so much easier and just within a day I have already made my first sale!

Based on my experience with this app, I find it very user-friendly. The one-dollar-for-one-month offer is too good to ignore, and I have heard many positive reviews about it. Additionally, I recently made a purchase through the app and was impressed with the swift delivery time in comparison to other dropshipping apps I have used previously.

Brand new to the app. I really like the services this app provides. I just need to learn all the features to maximize the functionality of the service. I initially had difficulty importing my Shopify products but eventually all products were imported. Rizza Jean was especially helpful.

It seems great but managing shipping cost calculations for destinations for countries not in the list is hectic. I hope I will re-review it with a significant improvement for middle east shipping.

I registered only minutes ago and need time to learn more, so it is way too soon to give my proper rating. Anyway, I rate it with four stars as of now. I will change my rating in the near future according to my experience. It seems unfair to be forced to rate it since you guys know I am a new kid on the block. So, one click to import everything? Untrue! I must think and select a proper category for tax purposes, a product type, and the right tag to place the import item. All that I thought was done automatically and that's what I have been doing before coming across AutoDS.

So far easy to use, not much fuss, although editing the description of products needs more work. Better off getting that portion done in the backend of shopify.

I had a great experience with their Chat Customer Support once I was able to be on at the same time they were available. It was extremely helpful. As for the AutoDS app itself, if you are just looking for help with finding "HOT" dropshipping products and proabaly for a 1 item website, then it would be very good. But if you are looking to go search yourself from multipliple suppliers to find the exact type of product you are looking for then not so much. There are MANY things NOT explained up front. Such as you currently only have 3 suppliers to use on their AutoDS Marketplace. The other suppliers you have to go to each supplier website and find your product(S) THEN copy that URL and go back to AutoDS and import that product using that URL into your store. But there are many Suppliers that they can import the products for you BUT AutoDS can NOT do Auto ordering, or Auto Fulfillment for you. They can only do Automation tracking from the pricing perspective. Which can be helpful but is FAR from being able to help you have a True Auto Fulfillment model for your store.

I got charged after cancelling my free trial only a few days in of testing it out. I did not use this actively in my store. To be charged after canceling during my FREE TRIAL is completely unacceptable. I will be needing a refund ASAP. ----- UPDATE 8/8/23 - AutoDS reached out quickly and helped resolve the issue. I appreciate that assistance in getting my refund. This was personally what I regarded as one star. But the app itself could definitely help your business structure. Especially the importer where they don't always have the products listed on their own platform. So finding others to add within the companies they work is a good feature to have. Ultimately I will give it a 4 stars.

I would recommend the app because of the simple process of uploading products and the selection of products already in the app, which saves time searching for products and suppliers.

EDIT: What a difference good customer service makes. In this case from zero to hero. As per my previous review, I had a terrible initial experience with the customer service over chat. They basically just copy & pasted irrelevant information and left me hanging for 3 weeks but after leaving the previous review they assigned Dorina Tsompani to help me. Dorina walked me through every issue, made sure everything worked and completely changed my mind about the AutoDS. She is an absolute star. I hope that I can provide the same level of customer experience to my customers that she provided! ....... DO NOT USE AUTO DS, IT IS SCAM SOFTWARE. I watched all their tutorials and followed all their instructions. I tried to connect 2 products from Amazon and 1 from AliExpress, standard dropshipping sources that their software should be able to handle based on what they say it can do but it didn’t work. I submitted a ticket and they said the would have their developers look into why it wasn’t working. 3 weeks later and multiple job tickets submitted and responded to but still no progress. They had the gaul to only offer me 15% for my troubles so that I would be paying 85% for a software that works 0% with no idea of timeline for the fix given. No thank you. You have been warned, don’t make the same mistake and believe all their promising YouTube videos. Don’t waste your time and money.
