The technician, Precious, was incredible. She was patience, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. She took the time to answer all my questions and provided examples, screenshots. AutoDS is just what a serious dropshipper needs to provide all his needs in the most organized manner. Product sourcing, listing, and order fulfillment are all made easier with this platform, it saves a lot of time and reduces manual work. I like how easily one can automate the tasks, track inventories, and stay on top of price changes without constant supervision.

I am new with Auto DS, I find it difficult to get around however the more time I spend using the app the more easier I find it to understand. I greatly appreciate their chat service and find it helpful. Today I chat with Aggelos whom has been most helpful and gave me to the correct information to use to help me out to start off successfully. I gave him a 5 stars for the customer service received, it made things really clearer for me and showed me the way out.
