absolute scam. Does not work for my store to connect to Amazon AU. they tell you this after fumbling around for 2 weeks and i have already paid for the membership. absolute junk app. promises so much but doesnt deliver. LITERALLY. cannot fulfill orders automatically and the 'help' cannot tell me how to fix it. rubbish

So far so good! Customer service has been super helpful. Set up was a breeze. The more I explore the app the more impressed I am. Thank you!

Imported Items show "Out of Stock" and cannot make any sales. Lousy.

I spent over $200 on AutoDS, it was a huge waste of money and their customer service are the worst. The site forced me to spend money on "upgrades" to my subscription to get perks that I never received, advertised their products as being customisable and then only after I spent hours trying to set it up did customer service tell me that it was not customisable regardless of what is being represented on the product descriptions. The site forced me to buy AI credits because AutoDS repeatedly did not integrate with pages generated from Page Pilot, so there were errors on stock and I was forced to work within their crap ecosystem. When I asked for a refund due to misrepresentation and overall unethical behaviour, the customer representatives kept escalating to other team members / departments (5 people in total for a simple refund request), all stating the same thing: "it is against the terms and conditions". No thought process, no gesture of goodwill, no trying to make good on a situation that was clearly their fault - forcing me to now recover the money from banks and regulators. Do yourself a favour and skip using this company - it is not worth the time or money.

Paid $150 for Phantom Inventory: Every product I brought in via AutoDS went out of stock shortly after import, even though the original listing remained in stock. After a month ($150), I had nothing but disabled listings and customer frustration. Maybe it’s a syncing issue, but either way it wasn’t workable for me.
