To edit a product, you must do everything on the autods. If you're unaware of this, you'll be surprised when your product titles and prices suddenly change automatically. Unfortunately, you can't disable this feature, and customer support is unhelpful when it comes to resolving such issues. "Edit everything on the autods platform" fine, I’ll do that. Then I thought, what about images? I had uploaded them through Shopify. Would they revert to the original ones from autods? Customer support couldn’t answer this question. So, I decided to upload the images directly on autods, wasting additional time. Guess what? If you're serious about improving your website speed, their platform doesn't allow you to upload images in webp format. Oh, and let’s say you're running a discount offer and want to add a "compare to" price. Yes, you can do this but only if your store currency is set to USD. For stores using other currencies, you have to manually convert prices in their platform from your currency to USD. And the conversion? It doesn’t work correctly. For example, my product price without a discount is £68. Technically, that should convert to $85. I entered this USD price into the autods platform so it would reflect correctly in GBP. Instead, it converted to £112. No words.

honestly the app is not at all usr friendly, feels very scammy with price and shipping fee, product price are too expensive, much better app than this is available, highly not recomending using this app, dont waste time trying, big NO

UPDATE: My complaint/issue was resolved by Dorina with AutoDS. She apologized for everything that happened. She made sure to delete my account and address any other concerns. She also issued me a full refund of all charges and assured me that my card would not be charged again. I cancelled account after a day or so on free trail. Even after that they continued to try and charge me. i reached out to them several times and they even responded but still apparently are adamant about taking my money because i asked them each time we talked to cancel my account and they finally got money off today. The responses i get are to ask me to continue at a discounted rate at which time i continue to tell them no and to cancel/delete my account all together. I have reached out to report them. I have all email threads and have even sent them to support as aback up and they still charged my card. Update: since I left this review. (this is the only way ive gotten a response) Soffia responded and said that they finally deleted my account but said nothing about refunding the money they took off of my card after all the times ive requested to cancel the account. REFUND me the money that was taken off of my card after the account had already supposed to be cancelled weeks ago and are unauthorized.
