I am updating my previous 1 star rating to 5 stars. The reason is that after my review, I received positive messages offering to help. I then also received a message from Dorina to ask how she could help. I took the time to explain my reasons for the 1 star, and she said she would see what she could do. She also set up a zoom call to go through the platform. Dorina was amazing and a real asset to Auto DS. She came back to me with a really good offer and guaranteed to be available anytime to assist any issues in set-up or any questions etc. This really changed my perception of Auto-DS and Dorina returned my faith in great customer service.

I was trying to do something very unusual with POD color variations, and although Giannis was not able to help me directly inside AutoDS, the combination of AutoDS with Shopify helped me to achieve an effective work-around. Any app should be able to do what it is programmed to do. But excellence is achieved when it can help get me to a point where it surpasses its own programming. Greatly Appreciated!

At first, AutoDS was a bit confusing to me. I was trying to figure out how to link stores and I encountered numerous glitches there is no phone number to reach or a chat that I can instantly ask questions so that was a bit challenging to be honest. Thankfully, Dorina from Quality Control contacted me personally and helped me through the process. I appreciate her assistance. She made a big diffence in my experience with AutoDS. I think AutoDS is a really good platform but you must know you have to spend some time learning how to use it propertly. Due to Dorinas assistance I was able to change my rating to this app as I believe is a great tool to use with Shopify.
