Pretty easy to use but lots of random fees and some info is left out on how to integrate with CJdropship, small bugs, videos could be more straightforward. Overall good

Great start. I'm new to dropshipping. This app is pricey but maybe its worth the price. Only time will tell.

EDIT: After getting charged for not using the app I spoke with customer services. It was the best customer support I've ever received anywhere PERIOD! Dorina was such a blessing, from start to finish she helped me through every step of the process. She was able to help get me my refund and checked in with me, really made me feel like I was a person and not just another customer. More service representatives could learn a thing a or two from Dorina, as she was the gold standard for customer relations. What could have been a very bad experience was turned into a painless and easy conversation, I cannot sign her praises high enough.

Not bad, I love that you can import from other stores like wayfair, amazon and ebay. very cool. You can also save the import settings for individual suppliers.

There is quite a lot to learn form this experience. AS someone new the system provided did help guide me in a decent way. Hopefully it can be even more simpler to navigate and understand the most important aspects to using this application vs other options

Its fairly easy to set-up and use but some more video guides would be useful vs the endless reading which can be hard to digest. I've managed to create a store in one night which is a success!

The app has a few automatic functions that is a bit confusing, but customer service is really good. If you have any questions just send them an email. They usually reply in 24 hours.

So far, is going well. As a new dropshipper, the system is confusing at times. But every time I run into an issue, I click on the LIVE CHAT and in less than 2 minutes I'm chatting live with an AutoDS helper. Today I had a couple of questions, and Natalia was super helpful in answering them. One little disappointment though I had was that I had a delay with my FIRST order, and the tracking number wouldn't be provided soon, you know, customers want to know the whereabouts of their orders soon, but eventually I was able to go through with the shipment. Currently waiting on the arrival of my first order, lets see how the estimated shipping time holds. But overall, I"m excited doing this Dropshipping business and having AutoDS as a team!

Good App, Automation is great. However after an order comes in you have to load a balance to your account so AutoDS can make the purchases for you. That was not communicated very well which is why I am giving a 4 star review.

I just started using this app and I think it does help to make drop shipping easy. I did not find any products on marketplace enticing to sell. But it's good that I can import products that I am passionate on selling.
