Very easy to use - I was used to Oberlo but this app has extra features. I do wish the costs were cheaper though....especially for those just starting out.

I've had a number of issues with AutoDS along my journey, however the support from Yuval was greatly appreciated. The live chat reps try their best to help with "surface level" issues, but they do have a lot of room for improvement as they made quite a few mistakes with regard to troubleshooting. Fortunately Yuval was able to get on a call with me and straighten things out after a few days, which shows they are at least trying to do better. The current system has a few restrictions which make it to where I can't fully use it for 70% of my supplier needs, but they are the still the only SAAS out there that connects to suppliers like eBay, Amazon, Etsy, etc. With that said, they would be much better off focusing on much needed dropshipping features than trying to expand to suppliers which most people just aren't going to use. I wish the company all the best moving foward.

Easy to understand and use. Amazing customer service. A special shout out to Krizza for her support in helping me upgrade my package during the trial period. Update: I was constantly receiving support till the the i not posted the above review. Ever since i posted the review, the live support option has vanished for me. If i have to wait for multiple days to get support, then the app doesn't make any sense. Downgraded my review to 4 stars.

I would recommend this app :) I can choose products between most of popular services and add it to my shop. But didn't understand the track method, maybe I need some time

It is good as a startup as it shows you many insights to different products. What is selling and what is not selling. Also recommend looking at the youtube channel
