The app seems to have everything, but I don't have any true directions on how to automate everything, and being my first time, it is really difficult to navigate. There is no one available for the live chat to help, I need help with this process.

So far Auto DS have been the easiest and most efficient platform that I have tried and likes the most. In addtion the customer service and Gabriela that assisted me today was super friendly and right away listened to my concerns and my problem. I told her that I really needed an answer before the end of the night and she promised to update me in a couple of hours after she had spoken to somebody that could decide in my matter and then let me know, no issues. In addition, before terminating our chat she send me some links with helpful tips and tricks for me to find and connects with better suppliers and products. 5 starts so far for the platform and their efficiency and friendly helpful customer care!

I’ve just started using Auto DS: US Dropshipping & POD for a while now, and it has been a great tool for automating my dropshipping business. The integration with my store was smooth, and the user interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate and manage my products. One of the standout features is the automated order fulfillment, which saves a lot of time and reduces manual errors. The app also provides a wide range of products to choose from, and the inventory management tools are reliable. However, I did encounter a few minor issues with customer support response times, which could be improved. Additionally, while the app offers a lot of features, some of them come with a steep learning curve, especially for beginners. Overall, I would definitely recommend Auto DS to other dropshippers looking to streamline their operations. It’s a solid platform with room for improvement, but it delivers on its core promises.

I was helped with my print on demand questions by Nikoleta. I was stressed that I didn't set up my shop with the auto fulfilment but she was able to answer the questions and guide me through it. I would say that the experience has been 5 stars.

So far so good! I had tried another DS company and connecting it to ae was AWFUL!With AutoDS it has been so much easier and just within a day I have already made my first sale!
