It is very good in importing products and handling them. we are still encountering some troubles with the accuracy of the inventory and price monitoring. I hope it will be solved soon. all in all it seems like a good solution for our needs.

It is very easy to use. You can find your way without a problem. It helped me out a lot with processing my orders.

The app doesn't have live chat at the moment but it uses ticket system which they reach you back via email very fast and it seems it works good.

I'd definitely recommend it to others who are also droppshipping. but the 'add funds' page could be a bit more clear and should add a feature to bulk change prices on the variants of a product.

Great app for shopify sellers. I gave only 4 and not 5 stars because some bugs exist and it does get slow pretty often.

I like the AutoDS app. Customer service is very good. However, I don’t like hope long it takes for an order to be Auto processed.

A simple app to use for dropshipping. I don't enjoy the constant upgrades that I have to purchase because of the variations. BUT I do want to appreciate DANIEL. He was efficient, knowledgeable, fast and genuine. When people state to 'smile with your voice' on the phone I felt that genuine 'smile through your texts' via live chat. You are lucky to have him on your team! Thanks again for your help and support, Daniel!

Very nice app. Lacks bulk product purchases to reduce shipping cost. Over all would have to expire meant more with the app.

everything looks good, except one thing that specific shipping options cannot be selected, for example, if the supplier has free shipping but long delivery time and fast shipping but is very expensive one, there is no option to choose the middle option for paid shipping with decent shipping time, it's either fastest or cheapest that's it. And there is no notification if the supplier changes the shipping options later in the future, which means if I select the fastest, but later supplier adds DHL or UPS as the quickest option but extremely expensive, all my automatic orders with the fastest shipping option would lose money instantly without me knowing about it. That can be quite a big problem when having 100+ orders daily
