The app is user-friendly. Lots of great videos and tutorials to help out along the way. I'm using this app for dropshipping and syncing with my Shopify store. So far so good!

I had a great experience with Luther on the AutoDS chat today. He answered my question about TikTok and winning products, explaining that I currently didn't have access to the feature. Luther provided clear instructions on how I can gain access in the future. Additionally, we discussed an issue with my account, and he promptly made a ticket to get it fixed. So far so good with finding products and listing them. There has been a couple hiccups but the customer service has been very helpful.
