Un Eccellente Servizio da Parte del Tecnico che si chiama DORINA di AutoDs! Desidero esprimere la mia sincera gratitudine verso il tecnico di AutoDs che mi ha assistito recentemente. Ho avuto problemi con il credito sul mio vecchio account e, grazie alla sua competenza e professionalità, il problema è stato risolto in modo rapido ed efficace. Il tecnico ha dimostrato una profonda conoscenza del sistema e ha saputo guidarmi attraverso ogni fase del processo. Non solo ha convertito il mio vecchio account in un nuovo account senza intoppi, ma ha anche fornito chiarimenti utili su come ottimizzare l'uso della piattaforma per le mie esigenze future. La comunicazione è stata eccellente: è sempre stato disponibile per rispondere a qualsiasi mia domanda e ha mostrato un'attenzione al cliente esemplare. Joyce is always such a Joy! With her mastery of Auto-Ds and other integrations with the software, Joyce always skillfully brings your problems or issues to a provided solution. She takes the time and care to be sure she educates you on this process and guides you with all the tools she has readily available. You are not always so blessed to have an agent like herself, unfortunately not all customer service agents have the skill, depth of knowledge or even care that she has. -1 I have actually talked with customer service before leave the platform and all they did was to make me feel secure I won’t be charged after cancellation free trial and they actually charged me,luckily that I didn’t had funds on the card,I need to stress myself fixing their direct debit stuff. Totally scammers,tell something and do something else.

Unable to cancel my membership and they're still charging me. I sent an request to cancel my membership but so far no response... This is absolutely ridiculous and by far the worst app I've ever used! I am no longer able to access my account, the automatic email reply services is a different email than my account email (seems there is a typo), a MAJOR ERROR which leaves helpless as I cant even access the account that is still repeteadly getting charged

Paid $150 for Phantom Inventory: Every product I brought in via AutoDS went out of stock shortly after import, even though the original listing remained in stock. After a month ($150), I had nothing but disabled listings and customer frustration. Maybe it’s a syncing issue, but either way it wasn’t workable for me.
