This platform has honestly been a game changer for me. Usually I was scrambling around trying to find out where the REAL data and analytics are, but I was never sure. Numerous problems, and none of them have been resolved. Inventory and prices fail to update, products cannot be edited, images disappear, suppliers haven't updated their information, the app displays incorrect inventory information, and customer service is unresponsive. 70 days have passed, and the package is still en route and not updating.

I like auto DS a lot, but it is REALLY CONFUSING at first. especially if im a new person and trying to add products into my store, finding them is easy. but the amount of credits listed i'd really need to try and pay attention to. ESPECIALLY when you don't know what your doing and your just adding items in without a clear understanding of it. make it so that you can see your actual credits about how many products you can add in your store(make it visible) so a new person don't go and waste all their credits by deleting and adding products that could've made them make more money. overall this app is great, just a suggestion is all.
