I have been using these guys for years and full of regret. I've lost 2 eBay accounts because of their service failure and now today someone has stolen my Amazon account that was made only for autods and only they have my 2 step verification code no one else does, so it means without doubt someone from their company stole my Amazon account.

Brand new to the app. I really like the services this app provides. I just need to learn all the features to maximize the functionality of the service. I initially had difficulty importing my Shopify products but eventually all products were imported. Rizza Jean was especially helpful.

Honestly terrible. Would have been a great tool, but they are buggy, slow, and don't work half the time. This company is getting in its way - trying to grow fast while not fixing any issues. Update: I have a lot less faith that the 5-star reviews Autds has are legit or not backed by some type of incentive based on the emails they keep annoying me with (my opinion). It's annoying to claim they offered a solution that is nonsense, which is why I am updating this review. My original review still stands and I am honestly way less (waaay less) likely to give this company a retry. Hate when companies are just giving a canned response to save face. They honestly could be a dominating force, but again, they are getting in their own way. I should be grateful I had to deal with them though, even after overlooking a lot of things that were mentioned by others, because that forced me to take a different approach to my business model.

As a technophobe AutoDS is exactly what I need to both start and scale my shopify store! As a person who's really bad with all things tec I have had a few problems with getting set up. With hindsight it's mainly because I didn't have a clear understanding of the entire process between Customer - Shopify - AutoDS - AliExpress - and Customer (take time to understand this before jumping head first into building your store!!!). Thankfully AutoDS's Customer Support, both online chat and ticketed, has been brilliant, both helpful and in my case patient!

First day installing the app. It's incredibly easy to add products and edit tags, descriptions, what collections you want to add them too, etc. I really love that I can fully customize each product right within the app before publishing it to my website. Super excited to see the growth my store receives by getting started with AutoDS.
