Their customer service team is outstanding. After searching the internet and forums for hours trying to solve a problem, I messaged customer support and received an in-depth step-by-step explanation of how to solve my problem. The added photos with instructions within that explanation helped my multiple-hour headache be solved within 5 minutes!

I've been using AutoDS for my dropshipping business, and it's been a huge time-saver. The platform automates many tasks, like product importing, price monitoring, and order fulfillment, which helps me focus more on marketing and scaling the store. I also like the product research tool, which gives good insights on trending items. However, there are occasional glitches with syncing inventory or updating prices, but overall, it’s a solid tool that simplifies a lot of the manual work involved in dropshipping.

The team at AutoDS is quite responsive. I have had several issues while understanding the platform (based on my capacity of understand) but the team was quite fast and helpful at resolving my problems. As I progress to learn the App, it seems quite easy to operate and a hassle free experience. I highly recommend AutoDS to the new drop shippers.
