I’m able to get 95% of my tasks done all in one spot. They’re always innovating especially with the new POD service. I do not recommend AutoDS app. I have received so many emails from them since signing up with them before the holidays of products being out of stock and there is nothing auto about it. Everything had to be done manually. Now that I sent an email that I want to cancel my subscription and would like reimbursement., I have not gotten any response back. I have not made any money through this app as they did not fulfill my orders and the products were out of stock. They sent me a email this morning saying I could not cancel an order that they got in late and I received an email from Amazon saying it was canceled because it is too late. Amazon canceled any order that they put through because they were all late :( So many glitches and bugs in the system. I even received an email from someone saying they are new, wth I’m so disappointed with my experience and just want it cancelled and my refund.

Its so much easier for me to import products, to find good quality items with decent pictures uploaded. Shipping times are much faster compared to others, I'd recommend this!

After downloading this app, my credit card information was stolen and they keep trying to charge my card hundreds of dollars. This was after the fact that I uninstalled that app and deleted my account before the free trail. Do not recommend.

They will subcribe add ons for you even if you did not sign up and they will refuse refund. Not good customer service. Dorina from quality control is really helpful, she gave me great customer service and was able to correct everything. I highly recommend her.

Thank you, Dorina. After leaving my negative review I was quickly contacted by Dorina. After scheduling a call to speak, where we had an extensive conversation, we were able to employ the app. Dorina went above and beyond and answered every question we asked, as well as providing us with information that was useful for a potential dropshipping partnership. Outstanding service and we are now utilizing the app to add a few thousand products to out store. Thank you, Dorina. Hope you get some snow soon. PRIOR REVIEW - 1 Star Downloaded this app over one month ago and reviewed tutorials. Started importing Amazon products into the store, however after importing over 100 items and then reviewing to place live every item was out of stock and the purchase price for each product was much higher than stated on the product page. For instance, a clock that was supposed to cost $14.86 to purchase once imported as a draft stated the cost to purchase was $133.46. On top of that it stated out of stock and when I researched the Amazon number it was not even listed on Amazon any longer. Also attempted to pull in products from Wayfair, however, it was a complete disaster. If they spent as much time on ensuring the app works as opposed to making tutorial videos this app may be worth something. As of now it is unusable unless you only want to sell products directly from AutoDS direct suppliers. Very expensive app that does not function as advertised.

Auto DS asks for an upfront payment of 380$ for 12 months. To see the winning products further subscriptions per month have to be purchased inside autods. To fullfill your orders you would also need to buy credits . A significant number of the products listed on autods are branded and Shopify will ask to either provide authorization documentation from the brand ordelete the product or the store will be banned from selling. The payouts gets frozen for a week as a consequence too.

Installed as a trial, unistalled the app for not using it before I got taxed and however I still get to pay a usage fee of 27.83$. I am asking for immediate refund. I have never used this app to fulfill any of my orders.

I have been using these guys for years and full of regret. I've lost 2 eBay accounts because of their service failure and now today someone has stolen my Amazon account that was made only for autods and only they have my 2 step verification code no one else does, so it means without doubt someone from their company stole my Amazon account.

Brand new to the app. I really like the services this app provides. I just need to learn all the features to maximize the functionality of the service. I initially had difficulty importing my Shopify products but eventually all products were imported. Rizza Jean was especially helpful.
