I’ve been using AutoDS for my store and overall, I’m very satisfied. The platform is smooth, reliable, and makes product importing and management much easier. I’d rate it a solid 4 out of 5, great features, easy to use, and definitely helpful for scaling a store. A few small improvements could make it perfect, but it’s been working well for me.

I want to share my very fresh experience with AutoDS, I had created an account linked to Shopify to start experiencing its options for managing an online shop, it wasn't bad, but somehow slow, I trust the team will enhance it and bring more new features very soon, at the end, the product is very interesting. Most important part is that, I used to profit from what called "trial 0.99USD" session, but frankly speaking, the period of this test was not clearly and explicitly explained, after 14 days, I was surprised with a sudden payment of 39.9USD followed by another ~130USD, I immediately went in and cancelled my subscriptions but I was afterwards unable to login anymore to understand exactly what is happening, so I communicated a support ticket by Email and on a dedicated quality service link to explain the situation, understand these payments nature and inquire for a refund, surprisingly, I had been contacted and immediately refunded with a lovely and very fast support communication (thank you so much Dorina for you honest support), the support was treated fairly and as said was refunded till the last paid cent, I really appreciate it. So I assign 5 stars for the customer/quality support, but 4 stars for the AutoDS technical quality which will be without any doubt enhanced. Thank you so much

Objet : Demande de remboursement pour période d'essai et produits en rupture de stock Bonjour, Je me permets de vous contacter concernant ma récente inscription à votre service. J'ai travaillé toute la nuit sur votre logiciel et échangé avec votre assistant virtuel. Malheureusement, j'ai constaté que tous les produits étaient en rupture de stock, ce qui rendait impossible la poursuite de mes essais. De plus, j'ai reçu une facture de près de 300 euros pour cette journée d'essai, ce qui me semble injustifié étant donné les circonstances. Je sollicite donc un remboursement pour cette période d'essai et le temps perdu, et je souhaite également savoir quelles mesures vous comptez prendre pour éviter ce genre de désagrément à l'avenir. All the Products that I try to enter Into my shop show out of stock once imported, and there is no way to justify the 30$ you would have to pay a month for this app.

- Undeliverable Products Listed Without Warning AutoDS imported over 350 products into my store that were not deliverable to Romania, my primary market—causing customer refunds and reputational damage. - Hidden Paywalls & Deceptive Automation Claims Features like order fulfillment, product sourcing, and even access to “handpicked” or “trending” products are locked behind additional fees, including an $11 charge just to view curated product lists. - Wallet System That Penalizes Users I was forced to preload $15 into the AutoDS wallet, only to: - Receive only $12.75 back after refund - Lose ~$4 total due to PayPal fees on both deposit and withdrawal - Discover that withdrawals require manual approval, with no upfront disclosure - No Real-Time Shipping Validation AutoDS failed to flag products that couldn’t be shipped to my region—even during manual fulfillment—leading to store shutdown and catalogue deletion. - Misleading Flexibility & Feature Promises AutoDS markets itself as flexible and beginner-friendly, but its structure only suits users with excess capital—or those willing to mislead others for affiliate commissions. - Business Disruption & Loss of Trust Due to AutoDS’s failures, I had to: - Refund my first customer and issue a goodwill gift card - Take my store offline - Delete 357 products and rebuild from scratch

Very easy to add products from several stores! Would highly recommend! Made adding products a much smaller task than anticipated and was able to focus on more stressful hurdles in the project

We’ve been using AutoDS, with some appreciation to it, but once we came across some issues, what we were grateful the most is for Dorian. When it came to truly addressing these issues and getting true Customer Support, Dorina saved the day. Thanks to her coming in the picture to help address every issue and concern we had , we decided to stick with AutoDS and now with real appreciation to it. Dorina genuinely changed our experience and made it so much better. She truly is the face and the voice of the Customer & Customer Support QA Manager, and we wish every company had people like her. Dorina really is going the lengths to help with any issue and she treats you like a real person, not like just another ticket.
