We were charged over €300 despite only using the app once during the free trial period. After the trial ended, we did not continue using the application at all, yet we were still billed a significant amount. This is completely unacceptable. There was no clear indication that such charges would apply after minimal or no usage, and we believe this billing is unjustified.
