AutoDS has completely streamlined my dropshipping business. From automated order fulfillment to real-time inventory syncing, it’s like having a virtual team working behind the scenes 24/7. The product importer is fast, the dashboard is clean, and customer support has been super responsive. I especially love the automation features—it’s allowed me to scale while focusing on branding and marketing. If you’re serious about dropshipping and want a hands-off backend, AutoDS is the way to go.

Edit April 28th: After writing this review I was contacted by the company who then offered me the refund, along with a free month if I wanted to use their service again along with one on one support. Their solution to the issue was satisfactory but I do think the refund should've been given without needing to write the review. If I could give this app zero stars I would. When I first installed the app it never worked as advertised and none of the items could actually be successfully purchased from my store. I then deactivated my account and the month after was charged a "usage" charge .. on a deactivated account. I then contacted support to request a refund as I don't know how there would be any usage on an inactive account and they denied the refund request and said that I said my account was deleted (I didn't, I said it was cancelled IE. Inactive) and they recommended I deactivate my account to ensure I do not get invoiced anything further. Even though my account is already inactive... Horrible customer service and obvious billing issues on their system, charging inactive accounts for usage charges.

Very easy to set up and pull desired products to Shopify Store. Easily editable drafts help speed up the process.

this app Charges for literally everything they advertise! Every add-on cost you...and all those things they advertised we services/add-ons they charge for. those fees could get ridiculous and you need them if you want a fully auto mated system. the price they charge for the initial sign up is just to access more charges. they charge you to integrate you TikTok just to watch product videos that you can just click open another window and get the same results.

This Company is A RIPP OFF Stay Away At All Costs. Product Lists at Walmart $23 and they are charging me $47 on top of it %3 sales fee plus every-time You deposit %5 and the subscription fee of $200 there is no way you can make money with this app. You better off order directly from Walmart or Amazon

A year ago this app was good, now a days the app has a lot of problems, and nothing has been solved. can't update inventory and prices, can't edit items, images are disappearing, no update from source suppliers, the app is shows wrong inventory which considered very risky for drop shipping, the support just sent all these issues to their engineers and it has been 70 days and they are still done NOTHING.
