This App made my website messy, and I looked for the help. But the service was inefficient, so that I could only replace my theme at last.

Worse than this application and customer service I have ever met in my life. They promise to increase your website speed: my website speed has dropped by 20 points and customer service is still looking for a solution to this problem. It's been 3 days already. They don't have enough technical skills. Very disappointed!

This app is absolutely useless and don't understand why it has so many positive reviews. It doesn't do anything, the customer service doesn't know how the app works, what features it has etc. I am actually not sure what I am paying for it as it does absolutely no difference if one uses it or not. Waste of money can cannot recommend it.

I uninstalled the theme because this app caused the theme to crash. Numerous .aio files need to be removed and code modified after uninstallation.

UPDATE: Still horrible. Horrible service. Horrible product. Horrible effort to try to fix own efforts. Have spend so much money for them to simply destroy my shop multiple times. They keep you in the wheel by worsening your site even more if you happen to delete their app. Very smart indeed. Avada made our site around 30 % slower and destroyed crucial functionality on our website. We asked for help to increase our Google pagespeed score that was 33/90. Avada asked for access to the store. The developers messed the code up, and destroyed crucial apps from our store - my search field. After the changes that was supposed to increase our pagespeed score, the edits and code that Avada inserted DECREASED our pagespeed by around 30 %. While it was 33/90 before contacting Avada it was 20/70 after Avada messed with our code. We contacted Avada multiple times in order to get it resolved, without anyone being able to fix the issues they created themselves. We were basically left with a "sorry, we can't do it." One of the times editing our store they were able to get our search field back for a brief moment. After messing with the code again, they destroyed that again. Meanwhile Avada has indirectly tried to blame us for the mistakes, indirectly claiming that we had changed the theme (which we had not) and tried to blame that as the reason for the lower scores, although the theme has not been changed at any time. As I am writing the issues has still not being resolved, and has potentially led to lots of losses for us, as we now have a substantially slower site and our search field is not working due to Avadas mistakes. After 4 attempts (!) without being able to get the score back to what it was, and not being able to get our search field back I have now decided to delete the app and all the coding in hopes of it resolving the issue. Let's see. Absolutely incredible. And we had the premium plan. Also, the "speed up" changes on the app itself does not work - not any of them will increase your site speed - at least not our site. WE cannot comment on the other features, as we have not tested those.

after i installed and tried it. it didn't really speed up my website.. then when i uninstalled. it got so much slower than before i even installed it.. it will ruin your site... fake reviews i should say!!!!! how did you guys got 4.9????

We have Speed up function and other features to boost your speed like Lazy loading, Minification, Instant Page. Daisy from support the supervisor, never answered or helped me. The agents simply transfer me over to her and don't help either. I am paying for the app and it is a big inconvenience as they do nto help at all. UPDATE: after their reply, they did NOT contact me, I contacted them and they still tell me that a low speed is normal.

A few days after installation and activation, my store speed started to fall under average. I followed the removal steps hoping to restore my store speed to before but to no avail :( Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work for everyone.

I have tried uninstalling this app twice from my store now and in both cases I had nothing but trouble. Even now I still have the remnants of this app cluttering up my theme with lots of code staying behind in my theme, which does not get removed upon uninstalling the app.

Firstly, I am truly sorry to hear that you have not had a great experience with our app. It should not have happened before! I would love to ask for your permission to clear our your problem as follow: There are 2 options to remove the app code: Automatically or Manually (http://prntscr.com/wnv8b4) There may have some pieces of code left on the site even you use the automatic option. In fact, after uninstalling almost all Shopify SEO apps, the code still remains on your website. That is because of how some features like meta tags or structured data from most SEO apps, which inserts snippets into your theme. I have tried installing this app twice on my store now and in both cases I had nothing but trouble. Even now I still have the remnants of this app cluttering up my theme with lots of code staying behind in my theme, which does not get removed upon uninstalling the app. And even more, it actually affect my customer experience since it throws up a "google-site-verification"string onto all of my webpages, in clear view of my customers. No matter what we have tried, we cannot get rid of it. And I do not even understand why it is there in the first place since my site is verified through GTM, GA and html tag. So why this string for a totally unnecessary html file verification? And how do we get rid of this eyesore? And how do we get rid of the at least 10 snippet files still kicking around without impacting our store? Plus how do I know that there is not any redundant code embedded in other parts of my code, creating the issues that I face?
