A terrific app that has enabled our website to display prices on some products, while hiding prices on others. Easy set up and user interface. The support team has been very keen and incredibly responsive to provide assistance, always responding within the day despite the time zone difference. Shout out to Kathy, Helen and Hannah especially!

I would like to sincerely thank the entire BSS Commerce team for their continuous support over the past days. My case was quite detailed and required a very specific setup for B2B and B2C workflows, especially regarding VAT handling and invoice customization, and the team handled it with great patience and professionalism. A special thanks to Alena, Ines, and the development team, who took the time to truly understand my requirements and worked on custom solutions rather than giving standard answers. Even with time zone differences and technical limitations from Shopify, they stayed committed and kept following up until we reached a working solution. What I appreciated the most is that they did not rush the process, but instead focused on getting things done correctly, step by step. Communication was always respectful, clear, and supportive. I am now confident moving forward with their app for my B2B system, and I truly value the effort they put into making everything work as needed. Thank you again for your dedication and support.

This is a very good B2B application with comprehensive functions. Lux customer service provides excellent patient answers and guidance, and the application's technical team is able to optimize it individually based on user needs. I look forward to the app becoming even more convenient and user-friendly, and I hope future optimizations will include account synchronization with Shopify's B2B management system for added convenience.

We run a fairly advanced B2B setup on our Shopify store and BSS B2B Wholesale Solution has been very helpful. The customer tag system is powerful and allows us to manage pricing, tax, and shipping rules for different B2B groups easily. One of the standout features is the multi currency support and price override capabilities, which make it much easier to manage different markets and customer groups. The support team is excellent, very responsive and helpful with even custom developments when needed. If you are looking for a robust and flexible B2B solution for Shopify, this app is definitely worth considering.

Excellent support. Ines has been extremely helpful in guiding us through the app setup and ensuring everything was configured correctly. The support has been prompt and clear, making the process smooth and easy to follow. They have also been very supportive in assisting with customisation, which gives us confidence that the app will work well for our specific needs. Overall, a very positive experience so far.

Fantastic! APP. I could not be any happier with the BSS app and the team behind it. If you are a small business getting started. This app is PERFECT! Low cost, easy easy setup for those who don't really know what they are doing. The dev team is extremely responsive, very helpful, and have gone above and beyond to help us get our b2b setup working flawlessly. If you are not using BSS B2B... You've already failed!

If you need B2B pricing and functionality and the Shopify Premium B2B subscription is not an option, BSS's suite of apps is the perfect solution. I used BSS to manage my 1,000s of retailer accounts, all through my consumer-facing Shopify store. Super easy to configure and works natively and seamlessly with your Shopify storefront. Great product and support! Would highly recommend.
