Fantastic! APP. I could not be any happier with the BSS app and the team behind it. If you are a small business getting started. This app is PERFECT! Low cost, easy easy setup for those who don't really know what they are doing. The dev team is extremely responsive, very helpful, and have gone above and beyond to help us get our b2b setup working flawlessly. If you are not using BSS B2B... You've already failed!

If you need B2B pricing and functionality and the Shopify Premium B2B subscription is not an option, BSS's suite of apps is the perfect solution. I used BSS to manage my 1,000s of retailer accounts, all through my consumer-facing Shopify store. Super easy to configure and works natively and seamlessly with your Shopify storefront. Great product and support! Would highly recommend.

Simply amazing app, and even more amazing support! Special thanks to Ruby, she provided my requests for help with great care! I needed the tax exempt block placed in a specific way on my theme, I got in contact with Ruby, and the help was nothing short of amazing.

We are currently using the BSS B2B Login/Lock & Hide Price and B2B Solution apps on our Shopify store for Frames Now Wholesale. The apps now work well with the Shopify Trade theme, and the team assisted us with several customisations to ensure the functionality aligned with our B2B workflow. A special thanks to Ruby and the support team for their prompt assistance. They quickly identified the issue and coordinated with the development team to implement the fix. Communication remained clear throughout the process, and the issue was resolved efficiently. The app now performs as expected, particularly for locking product prices, controlling B2B access, and supporting our wholesale login system. Their willingness to customise the setup for the Trade theme made the integration smoother for our store. Overall, the support team has been responsive and helpful. Appreciate the effort and dedication from Ruby and the team.

One of our clients wanted to implement B2B features, so we tried several apps. We found that "B2B BSS Solution" is by far the most functional and user-friendly. Business customs in Japan can be quite unique and specific, but the customer support team was incredibly flexible and helpful, which we truly appreciated. We are especially grateful to Ruby and Anne for their dedicated and detailed support. This app is highly recommended!

Exceptional app and even better customer service! I was struggling to get my price files and client settings configured correctly for my wholesale store. Phoebe stepped in and completely saved the day. He didn't just send me a generic tutorial; he actually went in and set everything up directly from his end when I was stuck. Amazing customer service. Ruby, Hannah and Wendy (I think that was her name) all helped me get familiar with the service and how to get it work with my interface. They responded so fast and got the team working on making it work with my interface (the one we run wasn't in the list) within a day. They also responded to all my other questions instantly.

We use B2B/Wholesale Solution for our B2B Shopify store and are extremely happy so far. The app covers everything we need: custom registration forms, approval workflows, customer groups, B2B pricing and net price logic. The support team is exceptional: they respond very fast, understand complex setups and have already helped us with custom email templates, styling, VAT handling, metafields and registration logic. Even special requests were implemented by the dev team. Clear recommendation for anyone who wants to build a serious B2B setup on Shopify.

We've found the BSS B2B solution a really useful app for handling our client's wholesale/trade requirements. It's a very powerful and flexible tool that has so far been perfect for doing all that our client needs.
