BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing

Using all three of the BSS apps for my store to gain a B2B functionality way out of the box for Shopify. Jonas has been there every step of the way, whether it's a code fix, or simply helping navigate using these apps to the fullest. Great products, but even greater support!

This is the best B2B app with a lot of features in 1. I'm very glad that I've found this app. The customer service is superb, especially Jolie. During working hours, I've always reaction in few minutes. And they come always with a good solution.

The support is outstanding. We have a really complicated use case and are still in the last preparations for the launch but the support is always really fast and helpful. They are doing everything they can to make this app work for us.

The app was simple to install and the team was very reliable and responsive to some small challenges we encountered. Everything is running smoothly, and we are happy to have this tool at our disposal!

pros: 1) The support team talks properly to the customer 2) They understand the customer's requirement very well and then give the proper solution. 3) If any issue comes up in the tool then they try their best to resolve it. 4) Customer's query is resolved within 24 hours 5) The tool is easy to configure 6) This tool fulfills the requirements I had. cons: 1) Customer support is not 24/7 2) There should be something to resolve customer's queries within 24 hours.

Team members including Emma, Alena, Hannah, Lux, Helen, Johnny, and Phoebe provided great support with our theme integration and also helped resolve an issue with compare‑at pricing display on our storefront. I definitely recommend this app because I was looking for the ability to sell to both businesses and consumers around Europe for ages and I could not find anything. With this app customers will be charged VAT if they do not have a business and for businesses the VAT will be deducted. I also want to thank Jonas for really helping me with setting the app to my store and making sure everything worked correctly. Definitely recommned the app and definitely Jonas is the guy you can definitely trust to do the right job!

Love the quick support and they are so friendly helping to answer any of my questions. They even helped solve problems another free app created.

A quality app with the reasonable prices. PROs: support 24/7 (short delay), quick&easy UI/UX, lots of B2B options. Suitable for very large, itemized orders. CONs: speed issues, when you store has multiple other apps installed. There are some minor compatibility issues, but the dev team works hard to fix them. Meanwhile, we've been working with Namyr from the BSS support. She is a very helpful person regardless of the issue reason.

BSS: B2B Wholesale Solution has all the features we were looking for, and more. It's easy to use, and their customer support (especially Namyr) is truly great. Any issue I ran into so far, they have addressed it quickly which allowed us to get up and going quickly. I like how customizable it is. The only challenge is that their customer support operates on the opposite time zone than where I live in EDT. That said, I just logged in at night for a bit to get quick answers. After demo'ing a handful of other apps, BSS: B2B Wholesale offers a great value. The support team really makes me feel like I have a partner vs. me just being a customer.
