Love the quick support and they are so friendly helping to answer any of my questions. They even helped solve problems another free app created.

A quality app with the reasonable prices. PROs: support 24/7 (short delay), quick&easy UI/UX, lots of B2B options. Suitable for very large, itemized orders. CONs: speed issues, when you store has multiple other apps installed. There are some minor compatibility issues, but the dev team works hard to fix them. Meanwhile, we've been working with Namyr from the BSS support. She is a very helpful person regardless of the issue reason.

BSS: B2B Wholesale Solution has all the features we were looking for, and more. It's easy to use, and their customer support (especially Namyr) is truly great. Any issue I ran into so far, they have addressed it quickly which allowed us to get up and going quickly. I like how customizable it is. The only challenge is that their customer support operates on the opposite time zone than where I live in EDT. That said, I just logged in at night for a bit to get quick answers. After demo'ing a handful of other apps, BSS: B2B Wholesale offers a great value. The support team really makes me feel like I have a partner vs. me just being a customer.

The wholesale registration form feature of this app is exactly what our company needed as we are strictly B2B. Pairing this app with the BSS Lock Passcode Pricing app works perfectly. BSS has been a huge help with resolve a couple of small snags and Emma has been super responsive and extremely helpful. We're looking forward to using more of the features of the app once our website is live. Highly recommend for any companies who sell B2B or offer wholesale options and do not want to upgrade to the Shopify Plus plan. Ask for Emma, she's fantastic!

I am very satisfied with the App so far, mainly because the customer service team is excellent. Their responses are very timely, and the service is thorough. There were many CSS style adjustments that I didn’t even request, but they noticed and helped me make the changes. I am very grateful for that. Since Shopify themes update quickly, sometimes the App may have compatibility issues, which I think is completely normal. The quality of the customer service is what really matters. My customer service representative, Jonas, was very patient in listening to my requests, and they were able to resolve most of our issues within the same business day. I highly recommend this App.

Good app, not a 5/5 as things could always be improved but overal it's working. A bit too expensive in my opinion though. Good customer service.

After running into many apps that offer a bunch of things in a misleading way that at the end they are not able to fulfill, I ran into this beautiful app and awesome support theme that lead me in every single step of the B2B side integration. They are able to customize a lot of things to leave the store very functional with a B2B side which was what I was looking for. 100% recommended, they are very very professional and the support replies in a timely mannner

I have had it installed for a few weeks now and so far our wholesale clients are finding … not noticing it at all which is perfect. We needed a customization for cart questions visible differently for different customers and they showed us how to edit the code to allow it. Response was amazingly fast!!
