Joy Nguyen und Dao van Phu haben mir bei meinen Problemen sehr weitergeholfen. Zunächst sollte ich den Code meines Shops ändern. Ich habe keine Erfahrung in diesem Bereich und habe mich daher an den Service gewandt. Es kam eine schnelle Rückmeldung und mein Problem wurde von Joy und Dao einwandfrei gelöst. Danach hatte ich noch weitere Fragen die mir sofort beantwortet wurden. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr gut! Ich habe immer eine Antwort in Deutsch zurückbekommen und alles war immer sehr nachvollziehbar. Wenn ich ein Problem habe werde ich mich auch in Zukunft immer bei Joy und Dao melden.

Joy Nguyen and Nguyen Van Duc have once again been very helpful to me in answering my questions. I was a little lost as to some of the capabilities and limits of the application. I had specific and simple question about how registrations worked on the lock and login and b2b registration application and forms. They answered my questions promptly, accurately, and directed me to the location in their documentation where I could find the information again in the future as well as other related inquiries (which I promptly used later that day to answer another question).

BSS has been very helpful getting me up and running with my site’s backend features. I was skeptical at first that they would be able to handle my requests and questions but Emma, Hoang, and Nguyen have come to my rescue numerous times. My business needs certain UI/UX requirements to help our customers navigate our site. Things like Net Terms and quick ordering have to be integrated in our site because we only sell to wholesale customers. These guys have been spot on answering all of my questions and helping me get my site up and running. Since it’s a huge part of what my business requires to operate effectively Emma, Hoang, and Nguyen all understand how important it is that I get these requirements done in a timely manner. Each time I send over questions or changes I need made they always respond with a plucky can do attitude and as a first timer to Shopify Apps I have been thrilled with the service they have given me so far.

I recently added the app to my store and needed assistance getting it to work properly. Many thanks to Emma C and Hoang Van Luan, the tech. I submitted a support ticket, and I received an immediate response! They both made certain that all of the features required for my website were installed and functioning properly. I created a Price List per Customer, and Emma was a huge help with the initial setup. The tech guy assisted in the installation of custom prices on all pages, including a Wishlist page rendered by a third-party app. This is useful if you have products that are only available to certain customers, such as wholesale versus regular. Many additional features, such as the shipping rate, I intend to use in the future. I can exclude clients with business courier accounts from shipping fees so that I can charge the appropriate amount to customers with business courier accounts. Overall, both the app and the assistance I received from Emma and Hoang Van Luan were excellent. I'm not sure where I'd be if it weren't for them! Excellent overall experience.

I recently had some trouble with how this app interacted with my site. I contacted their customer service team and was blown away! Not only were they extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product, but they were also able to help me resolve the issue in a timely manner. The two individuals I spoke with, Jennie and Nguyen Van Luan, were truly a pleasure to work with. They answered all of my questions. They even recoded my registration form to better fit my website theme. I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided by BSS. They've gone above and beyond to ensure that their customers are taken care of and have the best experience possible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient B2B app that can do almost anything Shopify plus can do for a fraction of the cost.

Generally I am very very happy with the app itself and of course very happy with the customer service I recieved from June and Anh. The features in the app is better than expected. They have thought of every little detail. I am very impressed. I highly recommend the app.

Big thank you to Emma C and the tech Hoang Van Luan, I recently upgraded my theme and needed some assitance in getting the app to work correctly. I made a support ticket and received a response very quick! They both ensured that all of the features needed for my website were installed and worked correctly. The Tax Incl/Excl Display, Wholesale Registration, Custom Pricing & Order Limits all allow me to run my website efficiently. Order Limits is great for limiting the amount of products a customer can purchase or for creating a minimum order. I also found that in my use case I set a list of products to “Maximum Order Amount = 0” and apply to specific customer tags. This way I can limit certain customers from being able to purchase certain products. Which is great if you have products only available to specific customers e.g. wholesale vs normal. There are plenty of other features I see myself using in the future such as the shipping rate. So I can exclude customers with business courier account from shipping fees allowing them to be charged the exact amount to there account. Overall I am very happy with the app itself and the customer support I received from Emma and Hoang. If it weren’t for them I don’t know where I’d be! Amazing overall service.

This app has been great at helping our wholesale business operate online. It is so easy to use and the support team is amazing. They are so helpful and always quick to respond! We worked with June Nguyen who went above and beyond to sort out all of our issues, more than once! The devs are amazing as well, they helped install the app properly into our custom theme. Thank you dev Anh Trinh Viet and Phong Bui Thanh who have done amazing work on our theme. Any B2B online store would benefit with this app! 10/10

Did exactly what we wanted for wholesale customer and displaying prices as inc/ex VAT which other apps we tried did not do. Setting up which products I wanted to included as wholesale was very easy but when it came to displaying VAT I needed some assistance, I contacted customer service via live chat and June was extremely helpful, as well as developer Cuong Nguyen Quoc. They even worked late to assist us as we are in different timezones. Would definitely recommend.

The B2B Wholesale solution is a very well developed app and offers a lot of flexibility to customize both the styling and functionality to complement almost any theme. I especially want to thank Le Trung Dong and Jolie Nguyen for their efforts and willingness to help our team customize the styling and UX of the app so that it works seamlessly with our theme. I give the app 5 stars but the customer service of Jolie and Le Trung takes the experience to another level.

Just got the app set up with a huge thanks to Jolie Nguyen and Le Trung Dong. So far it's doing exactly what it advertises, intuitive to use I didn't have to watch any tutorial to understand how to create rules. If you do need help the support team is very quick. I'll report back if anything changes as we roll out our wholesale program but so far so great.

We have been using this app from the beginning of the launch of our website and i have to say that i am very happy with this choice, by far the most complete and the team is really easy to join by chat. Perfect b2b solution! We migrated from Wordpress to Shopify and this app helped us rebuild our b2b goals on our new website perfectly. Everything is possible and the customer support is outstanding. Also, I needed some extra customization and there are always very quick to reply and to install these extra requirements without any problem. I think if only some of their different apps 'b2b/wholesale solution', 'b2b login, lock & hide price' & 'b2b portals/net terms' would be in 1 app, that would be even more convenient! I have been using the application for several weeks on my store and I am very satisfied. The handling is a little bit complex at the beginning, the dashboard being quite loaded, but you quickly get the hang of it. Above all, the support is really top! I had several needs that were treated quickly and efficiently thanks to June, my interlocutor, and the technical team, Cuong Nguyen Quoc and Duc Anh Tran. I recommend without hesitation! And if you have the pleasure to exchange with June your experience will be even better.

I wouldn’t normally write reviews, they always feel a bit ‘forced’ if you know what I mean, but I to say a huge thank you to Joy Nguyen – our BSS support agent - and Le Trung Dong – the wizard of Development in the BSS team. The app is quite intuitive, but we did have some issues with our registration login page and customising the pricing on our product pages. We were quite hesitant to continue with the app at first, as we thought that if we engaged the BSS expert service that there would be some exorbitant extra fee for our specific requirements. However, it is utterly amazing that when I contacted them on Live Chat, they said that they will check what the issue is, delving deep to understand, and then wow, amazingly they knew exactly what our problem was and the best way for our business to solve it. Plus, they did all this for FREE for us! With detailed explanation of what code was required and where, and answered any additional questions we had confidently and clearly. Joy really lives up to her name, and absolute joy to work with, she is helpful, friendly and was dedicated to solving our issues. Dev Trung Dong is hard-working and really, really good at coding, so he solves the issue with some small added code as well as some notes for us about the page builder. I really love their service! Also, we had some issues with installation of Custom Pricing (CP) and inclusive / exclusive VAT price display, but I felt completely relieved of any concern, as they always helped us to check the installation. They also helped to make the integration work well with another third-party app. No matter what issues that may arise, they will try their very best to find another work around. They are so diligent, and their support service is outstanding! I recommend you have a try of this app and whenever you have any issue, just feel free to contact them and give them the detailed request. Then they will check your case and revert to you with the detailed answer. The app may be difficult for a novice to install the code, but don't worry because BSS dev team will absolutely help you with the installation for free. The support service is free, but it is amazing! We love it and we will definitely use them again and keep an eye out for any other apps you might be bringing out! TLDR: These guys are good!!
