Perfect b2b solution! We migrated from Wordpress to Shopify and this app helped us rebuild our b2b goals on our new website perfectly. Everything is possible and the customer support is outstanding. Also, I needed some extra customization and there are always very quick to reply and to install these extra requirements without any problem. I think if only some of their different apps 'b2b/wholesale solution', 'b2b login, lock & hide price' & 'b2b portals/net terms' would be in 1 app, that would be even more convenient! Thank you Bui Thanh Phong, Le Trung Dong, Nguyen Van Duc (technical guys) and Jonas (support agent)! Would definitely recommend!

I have been using the application for several weeks on my store and I am very satisfied. The handling is a little bit complex at the beginning, the dashboard being quite loaded, but you quickly get the hang of it. Above all, the support is really top! I had several needs that were treated quickly and efficiently thanks to June, my interlocutor, and the technical team, Cuong Nguyen Quoc and Duc Anh Tran. I recommend without hesitation! And if you have the pleasure to exchange with June your experience will be even better.

I wouldn’t normally write reviews, they always feel a bit ‘forced’ if you know what I mean, but I to say a huge thank you to Joy Nguyen – our BSS support agent - and Le Trung Dong – the wizard of Development in the BSS team. The app is quite intuitive, but we did have some issues with our registration login page and customising the pricing on our product pages. We were quite hesitant to continue with the app at first, as we thought that if we engaged the BSS expert service that there would be some exorbitant extra fee for our specific requirements. However, it is utterly amazing that when I contacted them on Live Chat, they said that they will check what the issue is, delving deep to understand, and then wow, amazingly they knew exactly what our problem was and the best way for our business to solve it. Plus, they did all this for FREE for us! With detailed explanation of what code was required and where, and answered any additional questions we had confidently and clearly. Joy really lives up to her name, and absolute joy to work with, she is helpful, friendly and was dedicated to solving our issues. Dev Trung Dong is hard-working and really, really good at coding, so he solves the issue with some small added code as well as some notes for us about the page builder. I really love their service! Also, we had some issues with installation of Custom Pricing (CP) and inclusive / exclusive VAT price display, but I felt completely relieved of any concern, as they always helped us to check the installation. They also helped to make the integration work well with another third-party app. No matter what issues that may arise, they will try their very best to find another work around. They are so diligent, and their support service is outstanding! I recommend you have a try of this app and whenever you have any issue, just feel free to contact them and give them the detailed request. Then they will check your case and revert to you with the detailed answer. The app may be difficult for a novice to install the code, but don't worry because BSS dev team will absolutely help you with the installation for free. The support service is free, but it is amazing! We love it and we will definitely use them again and keep an eye out for any other apps you might be bringing out! TLDR: These guys are good!!

Pricing rules not available at variant level. App can not increment or decrement the prices of variant skus independently, they are all tie up with parent.

B2B/Wholesale Solution is a good app if you are running a B2B website for wholesalers. It allows you to manage incoming potential customers, assign special prices depending on customers' type, and use Custom pricing purchases to determine pricing. B2B Login and Lock Access app is also from BSS, which is also a great app for using too. I can lock specific content for certain customers who have the access to our website and allow customers can access the page with a few steps of simple settings. We dealt with the BSS Commerce's support representative June Nguyen who was very responsive to deal with our problems and answer my questions. The tech guy is awesome too when he has worked hard on my case to bring out the results. Dev Phu Dao Van helped with styling the form, the other devs are Hau Nguyen Tien, Phong Bui Thanh and Khanh Nguyen Dinh fix the error of showing custom prices on my site when the theme and the app are a little incompatible. They did a great job. There's some error on my site and struggling to make the rule work but the team did an amazing job on make it works. Thank you so much!

I looked around at a number of apps that could give me the functions I required for a wholesale pricing solution. I settled on this app as it had the most flexible functions; registration form, custom pricing (lots of flex with the conditions!), varying tax treatment, and varying shipping cost rules which is important with larger orders generated with wholesale and can be tailored to a customer type via a customer tag. - plus many more functions I will probably use in the future. I was also pleased to solutions for extra charges which is handy to add to my retail store for larger or heavier items. The app also adds discount pricing codes and bogo and rules surrounding the usage of those which is very handy. When there is a lot of function, complexitity can be an issue and it did take me a little while to figure it out, but I got there (and I'm one of those people to hate to read instructions - but there is a lot of written instruction if you need). But the best part is the very helpful and responsive support I've received from Emma and the technical assistance from Nguyen Ngoc Hai who installed the app and a few small customizations. If you have a basic understanding of theme code, you can easily follow their instructions, but so good to have their support and get it up and running correctly the first time. Its not the cheapest app, but its packed with function that's given me some more ideas of how I can improve my store. I definitely recommend.

Jena Nguyen and Bui Thanh Phong really went the extra mile to ensure we were looked after creating our B2B section of the shopify site. They were quick to reply, and even stepped in to help us work the back end spreadsheet so our difficulties were resolved. Very friendly and helpful service throughout and if I have any problems in the future, I know Jena is going to be there for me - our store is a really key part to our business growth and having a reliable part of the team like these two is invaluable. B2B is so helpful and the support is great and always ready to help. I highly recommend this app to others. This B2B App works well on all ends and has many features that are pretty useful for a B2B Shop. The registration form is very useful, it helps us to create a separate form for our Wholesalera, the process is great too, we can approve a customer before he can buy at a discounted price with the B2B/Wholesale Solution app. We had some problems with the Registration Form design and I reached out to the support team. The Support Agent Jolie Nguyen and Developer Team, are simply great, too! Jolie and her tech team - Nguyen Tien Hau and Mai Van Quy were exceptional in customizing the App to our needs. The design that I need is a little complicated and they can fix it as perfectly as I required. They answered really quickly and could manage all our input. Dev... did a great job in every aspect and could solve every customization that we needed. On the whole, this Wholesale Solution is an absolute recommendation, if you want to customize your B2B shop to your needs. The price is absolutely fair for the great features they offer! Used another B2B app before but changed to BSS, I'm very pleased with them!

App support was super great! Jena Nguyen, dev Tran Duc And and Pham Dinh Hai went above and beyond to implement what we needed for our store. Our theme didn't support a few things in the app but Jena and her team were able to find the the problem and gave us some options on how we wanted to proceed. They were able to make the needed adjustments our store needed in a timely manner without any problems. Would definitely recommend this app for any wholesale solutions!

The Team around Jolie Nguyen and the developers Mai Van Quy and Bui Thanh Phong were so helpful and forthcoming. Our store is based on a third-party theme so there had to be made several changes in order for the different functions of the app to work. They helped me throughout the whole process of implementing the functions VAT-Extempt, Registration-Form, Display of Prices inc./excl. Tax. All my questions were answered promptly and professionally. I love the many possiblities the app provides for adding B2B-typical functions to your store. I don’t usually post reviews but with this app I felt I really needed to share our experience. Our store had a few custom requirements and the support has been very quick to respond and implement the desired fixes. I have seen that many app developers refer to excuses like “our app is not designed for this feature” but with BSS Commerce I have only seen willingness to understand and meet customer needs. Big thanks to dev Hai Pham Dinh who quickly helped me with the customization of the Order form on my Portal. And a thank you to dev Cuong Nguyen Quoc who makes sure the Custom Prices is in sync with the portal. The B2B/Wholesale Solution app is great for anyone wanting to set up B2B function within their website quickly. Setting up wholesale pricing, custom online forms, hiding prices, etc… This app is an “all-in-one” app with fantastic support. I look forward to growing our business with the B2B/Wholesale app!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would definitely give them more! It is the second time I got help from Jonas and Nguyen Tien Hau and they once more made this an outstanding experience for me. They did not just solve my problem (I couldn't figure out how to switch to the business registration form instead of the Shopify standard registration form), but exceeded my expectations and went one step further and style my contact form for me in the design pattern of the Webshop. I am so blown away by this service. I always recommend them and if I ever struggle I will 100% ask those two to help me.

Definitely a helpful company. I haven't done crazy great yet, however the platform is easy and self guiding. No app is easy and if they sell it to be easy, they are lying. All apps take time to get used to and set up best, however the team here helped me like 50 times by now bc I reach out so much with questions. I recommend to give it a try if you are needing a WH option. We sell 4-5 Million a year, so definitely good choice for a small business like us. I have been working with June Nguyen as your supporter and the dev guys were named Khanh Nguyen Dinh and Phong Bui Thanh. Ask for them. Good people.

This B2B App works well on all ends and has many features that are pretty useful for a B2B Shop. We are using the custom pricing as well as the VAT exempt, tax display and everything is working fluently with the Shopify checkout. The registration process is great too, we can approve a customer, before he can buy at a discounted price with the B2B/Wholesale Solution app. And with the B2B Portal, we can create a whole new portal for the customer's neww experience. The Support agent June Nguyen and Developer Team, are simply great, too! June and her tech team - Phu Dao Van, Anh Trinh Viet and Anh Duc Tran were exceptional in customizing the App to our needs. They answered really quick and could manage all our input. Dev... did a great job in every aspect and could solve every customization that we needed (he worked overtime to help us! On the whole, this Wholesale Solution is an absolute recommendation, if you want to customize your B2B shop to your needs. The price is absolutely fair for the great features they offer! Used another B2B app before but changed to BSS, im werry pleased with them!

Guten Tag, Very fast and perfect support. I have installed the B2B Login app from BSS before, and now I'm testing out the B2B/Wholesale Solution app for my site. I just used the app for a few days to experience it and have some reviews about the app. The app is good. It is simple to understand and simple to utilize. Great team with great support! I have some issue with the form and they resolve it well. Joy Nguyen is the one who assists me with friendly attitude and good guidance. if any remains unclear, she will ask to clarify again. I would love with this support and keep working you guys. Then the dev expert Nguyen Tien Hau is amazing! The dev first solves one issue with VAT field that is in the code of the theme, though not the responsiblity of the app. Then they help me to restyle the form which is great. Then I want to set spme required fields for the form, they did a great job. The only issue remains with the form is we need the Last Name as required, and they are working on it. Not sure whether they can customize it but we really appreciate their patience and support. It seems like the support agent and the dev team work in harmony and effectively so much. You guys should keep on working as the current and your support service is what makes us feel happy. The app is also good with many modules to explore for wholesale customers. We are happy now and will come back if needing further assistance

I have found this app really easy to use and a great solution compared to the Shopify upgrade. We have used the wholesale registration form which is really helpful as we are a business who sells B2B and B2C so required the 2 different sections. We are also able to manually approve wholesale users which is what we prefer. We have used the Custom Pricing rules to upload our different pricing tiers for different users which has been a great solution for our requirements. Every time I have needed assistance the technical team have assisted me quickly and followed up to ensure I have been able to set everything up as required. Thank you to the technical team (Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Nguyen Ngoc Hai, Nguyen Van Huan) who have all worked really hard in providing me very fast support, and Jonas who has been contacting me promptly via email to assist me.

We have used these two apps to set up our website into a website for my groups of customers, as well as a group-protected B2B Wholesale page where my wholesale clients can create personalized accounts (students, patients, and practitioners) and purchase at the wholesale prices they are accustomed too! - The process was very simple as the help and assistance is impeccable, in my case, June Nguyen was very attentive and exceeded my expectations on all fronts when requesting if certain things could be done on the website and she had them created and running as quickly as she can. She has been followed me and my store for about 2 months before we live the store. And I must say the tech team - Hai Pham Dinh, Cuong Nguyen Quoc, Luan Hoang Van, and Cuong Cao Xuan have done an amazing job when they make some changes to the code in my theme so the store and the app can run perfectly with each other.
