The strong point of this app is its flexibility which makes it suitable to cover more or less all aspects of a wholesale business. Customer service is very competent and fast. I had some difficulty setting some rules and June Nguyen together with her collghiu Cuong Nguyen Quoc and Duc Nguyen Van solved my problems immediately. I have just installed the B2B/Wholesale Solution app and did have some struggle with the formatting of some pages but with the super fast and helpful support from June N. and the developer Dong L.T. I have managed to have it up and working as I hoped for. Many thanks again for your kind and fast support. This is how it should be done. The app itself is quite useful as it gives me all I need to support wholesale processes on my shop. We strongly recommend the app. The functions of the app are well structured and clear. At the beginning we had some issues with the setup. But the support consisting of Joy Nguyen (our contact person), and the developers Mai Van Quy and Nguyen Ngoc Hai helped us within a very short time. They were very friendly, kind and very helpful. We are sure that the support team will continue to help us so well in the future. Thus, minor issues will be fixed and solved in the minimum amount of time. This is how we expect a professional support to be. Please keep up the good work!

Very pleased with this B2B app so far! It accomplishes many of the tasks that we need for our dealer portal on our website, and the custom pricing tools are probably the features we like (and use) the most. Anytime there has been an issue, the app developers have been very quick to respond, and always help us figure out how to change any applicable settings or fix code where need be. Shoutout to both Jennie and Trinh Viet Anh for helping us fix our latest hurdle :)

This app is great, it meets all of our B2B needs and is easy to understand. Even when we got stuck on some parts and needed some redesigning work to fit our website and company needs, we contacted the team and Jena Nguyen and dev Bui Thanh Phong resolved our issue with fast and professional turn around throughout. This app allows you to enable the functions you need for your business and has straight forward instructions on how to enable them. We highly recommend the app and are assured we can count on their support team.

The app is great if you're looking for a pretty straightforward B2B solution for a small business. We used it to set wholesale pricing for logged-in customers and all of this in the backend is pretty easy to set up. I recommend reading through the user guide first to familiarise yourself with how it works. The best part of the app though: As I had a very customised theme, I did need the help of the support team for a number of things and they were AMAZING!!! Joy and Dao Van Phu were beyond helpful. I had a lot of tricky requests and they were able to solve them but also provide clear instructions so I could make edits in the future if I need to update the theme. Always responding so quickly. They are my heros!!

B2B Customer Portal and B2B Wholesale solutions is a great app to look into if you want to set up special discounts and offer payment terms to wholesale clients. It is a useful extension that is a lot less costly than the official Shopify Pro app for those who want to build and grow their small business at a more affordable rate. While I came into some minor bugs and some confusion while using the app, the customer support exec, Jolie Nguyen, and developer, Mai Van Quy, were quick to assist me with all issues. Mai Van Quy would work on the back-end fixing all the technical issues while Jolie Nguyen would work directly with me and on the front-end to update me with all the processes. Overall it is a great experience - I would recommend these 2 apps to anyone who is looking for an extension that would help with growing their business.

I have this store and I have installed this app for my store to improve product display and boost sales. This program does exactly what it claims to do. I want to use the feature to generate registration forms for b2b clients. We have a problem with the form setting and rendering. And I have setting the auto tag and have some trouble with it. So I contacted the support team and June Nguyen assisted me properly. She and the tech guy Cuong Nguyen Quoc were able to handle the problem quickly and efficiently; difficulties were resolved within 24 hours of being reported. The app is now working perfectly on our website and we are very happy with it. Creating your own pricing plans is easy and they look professional. Support was also very helpful and they fixed any issues quickly. I appreciate their support. In summary, I am very happy wit the app and with the support. Highly recommend you guys.

After one year trying to solve manually the problems that different country taxes can generate, this app is great. You can easily add a button for EU VAT validation in your cart page that makes possible a VAT exemption purchase. Also, I've had a problem with the register form installation and June and Duc Nguyen Van from the team support has solved it very proffesionally. So, higly recommended app.

I needed an app to create a professional section of my website, where certain customers could apply, get approved by my team, and then have access to special prices after logging in. After a lot of research, and some emails with the BSSCommerce developers and salespeople and others, I installed B2B/Wholesale Solution, and B2B/Login & Lock Pages. It has been going great. The apps do exactly what I need, and the support I get when needed is very prompt and knowledgeable. They have even met with me and shared a screen at one point to help had it set up properly to my customized needs, including to figure out what subscription tier I needed to keep my subscription only to the level necessary.
