We have been looking around for a while to get a comprehensive B2B app and I've to say that this one from BSS Commerce really has a lot to offer and, even more important, the level of support we had during the onboarding and testing phase from Annie , the technical colleagues Duong Hoa, Minh Dang, Dinh Khanh, Leorio and their Business Analyst Riley was superlative. The app offers a lot of functionalities that could be deeply adapted to our wholesaler needs, especially thanks to the developer team that promptly addressed all our concerns and questions and was always ready to adapt our theme code or propose alternative solutions.

Wonderful customer service. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Great app for customizing pricing and offering quantity discounts. I have been especially impressed with Annie, Cuongnvm and Leorio who have been very helpful throughout this process and worked hard to make sure I have everything I need. Highly recommend.

I used this application for our wholesaler project. I was quite worry because we have a lot of challenges such as multi currencies, multi languages, retail and wholesaler prices, etc. The support team is really attentive and responsive! Greet support and i got all the help i needed. Super good. Denna app har allt för b2b kunder. Man kan lägga in allt från orderlimit till pricing, tax inc or excl. Form for login and more. Just changing the prices when login. Jonas helpt me and am very pleased.

We use this app to setup wholesale accounts for our dealer. We had some issues with the price displaying properly for dealer accounts. However, Jonas, CuongNVM and Minh Tri were extremely helpful in getting the issues resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend this app if you are looking for a b2b solution on shopify.

After a lot of research landed on this app to offer B2B sales on shopify. So far great experience, there is quite a bit of installation to be done but when it doesn't go right, support team steps up and solves every issue very quickly, very thankful to Emma for her help!

I am very happy with this app. Above all, when I installed B2B/WHOLESALE SOLUTION, the application was not fully compatible with my Shopify theme and Emma and Minh Dang were able to do a serious and fast job so that everything could work! I had an issue with the quantity amount break function not updating in the cart and despite it being the weekend the team still fixed the issue.
