BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing

I needed an app to create a professional section of my website, where certain customers could apply, get approved by my team, and then have access to special prices after logging in. After a lot of research, and some emails with the BSSCommerce developers and salespeople and others, I installed B2B/Wholesale Solution, and B2B/Login & Lock Pages. It has been going great. The apps do exactly what I need, and the support I get when needed is very prompt and knowledgeable. They have even met with me and shared a screen at one point to help had it set up properly to my customized needs, including to figure out what subscription tier I needed to keep my subscription only to the level necessary. They offer great support, I needed help with a form and they delivered quickly, the app is very intuitive as well.

I highly recommend this App. I have ever tried several Apps. I don't have any coding background. Other App always requires me to copy and paste the code. I was lost and had no idea at all. This is the easiest and the most convenient one. All I need to do is install the APP. Also, they have fantastic customer service. It makes me feel I don't only buy the products but also the service. Nguyen Quoc Cuong and Jonas provide me with instant technical support to resolve my issues.

Great app, only just started to use it but brilliant support when you need it with fast and helpful responses

This app was very easy to use for the purpose of having our customers fill out a wholesale registration form in order to create an account to shop. For the things we weren't able to figure out, the support team did a great job of assisting us and fixing all issues with minimal hassle on our end. Jonas N was extremely easy and pleasant to work with, and Nguyen Quoc Cuong worked behind the scenes to finish the technical work efficiently and exactly how we wanted. This made us feel really confident about using this app because we knew that we could depend on the support and technical teams

We have used this app for many year, and still it does not work. Your orders will randomly come in without your set prices. Your customers will have problems checking out. Your customers will not be able to check out. The team work hard when you have a problem. But don't sell an app if it doesn't work.

The support I have experienced thus far has been great! Most recently, I required some custom front end development work to display hidden prices on my B2B Cart page. I was using 2-3 other apps alongside BSS Commerce , which resulted in hidden product pricing. Within 24-hours of contacting Josephine Dao and Hai NN, the solution was resolved with a few lines of liquid code. I was completely hands off and they managed to solve everything for me.

We are very happy with the app so far. Joy and Hoang Van Luan especially were a great help in supporting us during the set-up process and went far and beyond anything we could have expected. On the websites that I have so far managed, I have installed this program. I had a hard time handling issues, so I got in touch with the support staff, and Joy was a supporter who helped me amazingly. The whole team fixed all issues that I reported, from the VAT box, the custom price function to the order note. Every time I contacted them they all supported me well without any hesitation and tried to fullfill my requirement. The app nearly meets our own fulfillment and I have no doubt about that. Especially, Joy is one of the very helpful, friendly, and wonderful agent I have worked with. She really has made my day and I feel so so happy about what she has done to me. I also want to thank the dev Hoang Van Luan, a special tech expert, a master in solving everything and even set up the function for me to run smoothly at my site. I have no more words to say but just want to be thankful for everything for solving my problem quickly. Everytime I report the issue, they nearly fix it just within a day. Now that everything on my store is in order, maybe it will allow customers to order products efficiently so that we can boost sales. Thank you very much to Joy and the support staff once more! We are using this app in conjunction with the BSS Customer Portal app, on two sites now. We started with one app on one site, and over the last few months have combined the B2B/Wholesale soln and the BSS Customer Portal across two sites. Very happy with the way they have integrated into our sites, and we now have a combined B2C/B2B app that is working seamlessly for our customers. A big, big thankyou to Jonas (and his patience with my never ending questions), and the tech team Pham Le Minh Tri, Nguyen Minh Dang, Cuong NVM, Leorio, Vu Phi Hung, Nguyen Duc Manh for their work behind the scenes making all our customisations and helping with the seamless integration. Definitely recommend for any small-med sized business wanting to integrate Wholesale/B2B into their B2C business.

The support team is excellent they took care of our needs even though the app didn't meet our demands but we still appreciate their help.

I Use this app to replace 3 apps and works very well. The set up and support are outstanding. I hope they can implement my idea for an additional function but regardless some of the best i have worked with so far.
