We had a fairly specific requirement for handling EU VAT validation on our Shopify store, and Ines went above and beyond to help us achieve exactly the workflow we wanted. She was patient, responsive, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. When the initial setup wasn't fully compatible with our theme, she involved the development team, coordinated the investigation, and made sure the issue was resolved. Thanks to her support, we now have a seamless setup where all customers can enter a VAT ID, valid VAT numbers are automatically validated, and VAT is only removed when the validation is successful—exactly as we needed. Thank you, Ines, for your excellent support and dedication. It was a pleasure working with you!

We've had a great experience with the BSS B2B Wholesale app. The app offers powerful wholesale pricing features and has helped us provide a much better experience for our B2B customers. One feature we especially appreciate is the recent update that displays discounts directly on the cart page. The discount is now automatically calculated and clearly shown with the subtotal, discount amount, and final total, making the checkout process much more transparent for our customers. The support team has also been excellent. Lux was very responsive, helpful, and quick to address our requests. Their willingness to listen to feedback and implement improvements has been greatly appreciated. Overall, this is a reliable and feature-rich B2B solution with outstanding customer support. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking to offer wholesale pricing and discounts.
