Simple to use, and support is really responsive. I had a couple of questions with the initial integration of pre-orders in my store, and the team were able to address these quickly and with a smile.

This app has really transformed the way we are able to manage preorders and helps us generate immediate sales when we have items come back in stock. Every time we have had a support request it has been answered promptly and pleasantly.

This app works perfectly right out of the box. It looks professional and clean. The support team responds immediately — I wanted the ‘Back in Stock’ button placed differently, and they solved it within five minutes.

Not only did this app provide what we were looking for to enable pre-orders, but the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! Never have I had an app support team who can so quickly answer my questions, and help with the setup and styling of their app. Khutheja was incredibly helpful making changes that would have taken me hours to figure out, or extra development fees had they not been there to assist.
