We have recently installed this app to protect us in the event of data loss or other human error related issues. The install and initial backup went smoothly, and the app's interface seems simple enough. Although we're hoping we never have to use it, it's really nice to have the peace of mind that it provides.

Their support desk is so nice and very kind. When I asked some questions about installing this app, their support desk, especially Ola,Support Wizard, helped me a lot and gave me very clear answer so quick. インストールに関して質問があり、ヘルプデスクに質問しました。Ola という方が、すぐに、明快なサポートをしてください、無事、インストールできました。 とても助かりました。安心して使用できます。

Great app, easy to use and peace of mind knowing our store is properly backed up. Alyssa from support was also excellent! Would definitely recommend.

This is the best insurance that one can purchase for their website. We had several scares in the past with coding get messed up by various apps, etc. I no longer need to have anxiety over this now that we have back-up of our site always available. You shouldn't hesitate.

I had many questions about changing the admin access and username, and I couldn't have been happier with the quick response and how everything was explained so I could make the changes. Even when I didn't have all the information, the way I could verify myself as the admin and owner was smooth, as my marketing team set this account up for me, and I no longer use them. Thanks, Chris

Great App, a must have for any Shopify store owner wanting peace of mind over their data backup. Also, many thanks to Alyssa for helping me with my first ever support request in over two years of use, the guide provided helped me resolve my issue in no time at all. Excellent customer service.

I've been using Rewind Backups for my online store, and I'm really impressed. It automatically saves all my important stuff like products and designs, which is super reassuring. The best part is if I mess something up, I can easily put things back to how they were before. It's like a time machine for my store. Oh, and I have to give a shoutout to Shelby from their support team. She's awesome at explaining things so I understand what's going on. Highly recommend.

Today i have used the restore of date 13-AUG-2023 even 12-AUG-2023. This app not bringing my site back to normally, while my site was working perfectly fine till 14-AUG-2023. Is there any responsible person from your team to fix my issue. It is a serious issue

Really nice support! Awesome attention to detail and overall a really positive experience. The way they simplify the knowledge curve for their end users is admirable. The tool pays itself, having the confidence that your store assets are protected allow you to focus on design and innovation like almost no other thing. Great tool.
