Rewind Backups

Alyssa in customer support was super speedy in replying to me and clarifying a billing question I had. I appreciate her quick and cheerful response. Great way to start the week!

Easy to setup and works in the background. Would love for them to add a backup for Stocky app too that is owned by Shopify.

We pay monthly fees and no backups are made. Support does not give us an answer. We recommend using another app. Pagamos cuotas mensuales y no se hacen copias de seguridad. So a freelancer put a grenade in a product bulk upload CSV to my shopify store and destroyed over 6000 SKUs. The lovely Logan from Rewind chat support helped dampen the ensuing panic attack and within 5 minutes my entire store was back to normal. This would've cost me £1,500 to repair, so rewind has paid for itself MANY times over. Get rewind or get tested.

Works as promised! Support was good and installation fast. Have not yet had the need to use it luckily, so can't tell how that works.

Rewind is invaluable when you have a team of folks working on your site. We have had a few accidental deletions of content, and Rewind has been able to quickly recover blogs and products, saving countless hours in content creation and frustration. It is one of those things you don't need until you 100% really need it right now and it is too late. So do yourself a favour and get it setup.

The product is exceptionally easy to use and it gives you peace of mind. All questions are answered promptly. We are happy to have this up and running.

I used this app to back our entire Shopify site after is was recommended to us. Super easy to install with an easy 1/2 hour zoom call - super efficient. Should have done it a lot sooner...

After a big mistake by a 3rd party that messed up a lot of our back end, we were about to commit hundreds of hours of work to repair the damage but then I remembered we had Rewind installed. Rewind is a MUST HAVE for shopify and Big Commerce. We recently moved to Shopify and have used it on both platforms. It gives us peace of mind knowing that our website is regularly backed up. Very easy to use and the team is responsive with any questions.

I sleep at night because I know if someone hacks my store or my computer blows up, I have a record of all my data from my store. It's the cheapest insurance I have ever bought! In addition, their online chat support is fantastic. Noah helped me today migrate my account from Big Comm to Shopify and she was perfect.

Easy to set up (its done for you) and monitor that backups are completed. The support team are available to offer advice which is great.
