Buon pomeriggio, dopo l’ennesimo problema riscontrato mi vedo costretta a scrivere qui vista la TOTALE ASSENZA DI ASSISTENZA E LA TOTALE MANCANZA DI PROFESSIONALITA' ho un ticket aperto da quasi una settimana e nessuna risoluzione!!! Inoltre avete chiuso anche il canale telefonico!!! PRETENDO risposte chiare su: Trasmissione ordini automatica e funzionamento reale Gestione della “Shop Location” Tempistiche di invio del tracking Motivo della mancata assistenza Alla luce dei costi sostenuti per abbonamento, app e connettore, pretendo un supporto immediato e soluzioni concrete. Il mio shop è fermo a causa vostra. In attesa urgente di riscontro.

Descripions, names, picture quality is just bad. Support is pointless and not helpful. Prices mostly same as any other electronics shop. Lot of problems. You pay monthly almost 100€ for what ? Nothing that other suppliers wount give you free. There own webpage is slow and buggy, very annoying to use. Not user friendly. Do not recomend!!!

No serious supplier. A stock level of average 16%, 84% OUT OF STOCK for months now. No communication, only vague promises that they are working on a new system. This is absolutely not a serious partner to work with on a dropping shipping basis. We had to stop all our marketing efforts because of their lack of supply. So no sales anymore from our side. We tested BigBuy for a few years and synchronized the products via their MIP to our Shopify store. +Good support. If we didn’t get a response the same day, we received it the following day. +The MIP-synchronization with Shopify mostly worked smoothly once we learned the settings. +Nice that the packing slip was printed with our logo. +Many product categories. - Expensive shipping prices, which heavily impact the already tight margin. -The transfer to BigBuy's wallet was messy. It wasn’t possible to pay with a card, and we had to make a bank transfer every time. -Very expensive package solution with MIP (over 1000€/year). -Generally expensive products (we focused on perfumes), which made it difficult to compete, especially in combination with high shipping costs. Overall, the solution worked well. If the MIP solution hadn’t been so expensive, we probably would have given BigBuy another chance.

I can not connect my store without upgrading the plan, even tho i followed all the guides they have, even videoguides. Nothing works.

-1, is what i give for BigBuy, they are rubbish, the syncing is not an easy process, the updating is a very long process, when you send them emails, they either take 3+ days to respond or don't respond at all, and when they do eventually respond, it is for an unrelated issue. Yet, they have no issue taking money from your wallet, without any resolution to the problems affecting your inventory. Don't use them. update 14/01/2025. Bigbuy policy 3 to 5 working days for a refund, yet i'm still waiting. Is Bigbuy a scam ??

Very bad customer service, not punctual staff, high prices and very very bad Multi-Channel Integration Platform.I'm waiting three weeks for someone to help me, but until today no one has helped me, I even called BigBuy customer service, but still no answer

I bought 4 webshops with the hope that… I bought 4 webshops with the hope that integration with Shopify would be easy and that I would get support and help.. It has now been over 9 months and BigBuy's support is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with and they have refused to help and instead send some stupid training video that must have been for the previous version of what it looked like on BigBuy's platform because it has absolutely not been of any help as none of the information is correct!!! It is not only shameful, but I feel robbed as I have paid a lot of money for several webshops without being able to get started, and when I have asked for a refund on the last three occasions, they have completely refused to answer me!!!

29.3.2024: Starting Process RMA / Exchange Damaged Hardware by Deliver A really bad RMA Process, Worse Customer Support i have ever seen. Ridiculous working case times. You will suffer from Bad Experience for your customers and your reputation will get lower, because they don't understand their work. 10.4.2024: No answer until today Hotline is giving after 6 tries of Calling an Notification to another Department (in my eyes a ridiculous Service! They are seems to be a ripping of Scam) 25.4.2024: 1 Month later, still not changed or sent the new harddisk, the customer sent 14 ago the harddisk back. Argumentation by bigbuy, the are looking manually in their post entry, where they can find the harddisk. All in all this service is like a joke. 7.5.2024: Until today no response from BigBuy about Harddisk, Customer is still waiting for changing broken harddisk!!! 8.5.2024: No response. The referred Hotline is nobody taking my phone call. The Information is please try again later and putting off line. Also tried support in 2 languages german and english, no difference! Today i canceled the paying contract. Summary: Wasted 800 Euro, Unsatisfied Customers, Wasted hours of my time. If there would exist 0 star, i would rate it with zero stars! Trustful Partner looks different!

Poor service with staff who have no idea, poor system and app! I had problems with the synchronisation from the beginning and I honestly regret that I paid so much for such a system and service that they claimed to be professional. I can't even make changes to my shop without this awful app just changing things again! I put in so much work and time for nothing...This function is not very clear to set up from the beginning and the system can be improved with great desire!! I don't recommend anyone to work with BigBuy.
