It was very easy to navigate. Cara was very helpful when I needed assistance. I really like how when you click on something that is locked help is notified and it is taken care of. I am very HAPPY this app is FREE and offers so many great features.

If you are reading through all of the Shopify apps that provide loyalty programs, this is the best one. Before I downloaded BON, I tried every other app associated with a rewards program and BON is the only one that gives you free access to the tools you're supplied with - others require hundreds of dollars. This is THE best app for rewards programs but best part has been the customer service. While using Bon, if you click on something you don't have access to then it sends an automated message to customer support. I didn't know this so when I sent a message, I was typing to apologize and let them know I didn't need help but Cady still went out of her way to solve the problem. She was so incredibly nice, not like other support workers that make you feel rushed! I mentioned having trouble with one other feature and she solved it almost immediately. She went above and beyond after solving every issue I mentioned, she also let me know other features they offer to give me options with what I had mentioned. BON is the best offered, and you are lucky if you get to speak with Cady! Amazing experience!

It’s a really good app, and lets you reward customers with a pretty straightforward interface, easy to add logos, banners, and text etc. good work especially to Maxxie & Cara - AMAZING support!

I just started using this app and I'm already ready to give a 5 stars. Super easy to use and intuitive user interface. Multi-language support in a nice and easy way, with translations already included, you save a lot of time (we have 5 languages in out store). Keep the good work, your app is just amazing.

This app is amazing and so easy to use. When I had a question, I entered chat support and spoke with Emile. She was so knowledgeable and very helpful in all aspects of getting me set up. It was easy to set up the loyalty program especially when they have great customer support. The person that help me out today was Anna, helping establishing the layout, customizing the theme, and responded to my questions really quick. I would highly recommend this application for any store size.
