This is a great app, i have had it installed for a while now and it's pretty productive. they also have a bundle app which i can't wait to try.

Had some loyalty apps in the past and they where or very complicated or very expensive. This app really is very easy to set up and to use. Any questions and support is immediately at hand. Now see that our customers gone love it and that it brings us more sales! My compliments for the developer! Update: we needed some extra settings to automatically exclude certain customer groups. The dev team took perfect care of that. Thanks again!

Impecable service from the team over at Smartify Apps, easy tor each and very helpful in any request I've made of them. I've yet to use the app CUSTOMER side, but admin side, it's incredibly user friendly.

Great app and easy to use. No coding is needed and it actually does what is promised. Their support team is fantastic and gets back to you fast. Emile was very helpful and friendly!

It is very easy to use! But, recently, I’m having problems with points not being updated. I contacted them about it and their customer support is quick and great! But, it happened twice already.. I hope it won’t keep happening again :(

After trying out different Rewards Apps for the last three years of our business, we landed on BON and haven't looked back. The features we get are on par with other very expensive apps up there. Customer support is very fast too and answered all our questions immediately. Would happily recommend and I can't see us changing to an alternative rewards app for a long while.

Dear Lumibella, The BON team is sincerely sorry for any inconvenience you may have felt while using the software. Please allow us to explain why you temporarily could not access the BON dashboard. As we already announced via email, since Monday, we've had a significant update, BON has just been integrated into the internal Shopify admin page interface! This update may cause a few problems, such as delayed loading times or briefly unrecorded in-app actions. The BON app may become unavailable for a few hours in some stores. However, this issue was already aware of in advance and the app will soon be back to normal when the maintenance is done. Please allow us just a little more time, your case is our top priority. Again, we truly apologize. Our team is working very hard to quickly solve the problem and we will get back to you as soon as I can when the app's performance is back to normal.
